Reliable
Reliable. I've only purchased from them once and delivery was fast, as promised. No issues with the package either. I'm surprised by the negative reviews. My only remark is that this website is somewhat more expensive than others. I picked the same items and compared their prices and another eshop's. Even with 10-15% off, they're more expensive. (My purchase experience was in October. I did the comparison in December.)

Poor products & customer service.
Website not accurate. Customer service poor.
Bought a non disposable with pods from them among other things, the pods broke after 2 days. Complained and was told it must be my fault as they are supposed to last only 5-7 days. No pictures on how the device gets filled or information that the pods only last that short time. They told me that I must be doing it wrong in quite a rude manner. When I came back to them again, they apologised & offered a measly 15% off another order. Apparently they don't stock the pods now, it was only a week after I'd bought the item, totally useless. Plus I'd already received a marketing email offering 21% off. You have to laugh. I'm one customer they'll never see again.
In comparison to the UK sites, they have a poor selection of products, higher prices & you only get free delivery over 50€. Total rip off.
