Joe was on time and completed the work efficiently and within the quote given. The work involved replacing a motorised valve and Joe did this without any water leakage despite the position of it being difficult to access. Would use again

Highly recommend this company. Efficient installation with minimal disruption, very tidy activity with lots of care for the property. Pride in the quality and finish of the installation. They were recommended to us and we are very happy to recommend onwards.

My shower pump had stopped working, which was diagnosed on 18-09-25 and replaced on 19-09-25 .The bath panel was removed while the pump was being seen to and it was replaced more expertly than it had been before, leaving my bathroom beautifully finished.The shower is much quieter than it used to be, which is an added bonus .I shall have no hesitation in contacting Mason Plumbing and heating in the future, when things go wrong.
