Outstanding Service

The service was outstanding. The people I spoke to were very helpful and courteous. I was given a timeline from purchase to delivery and excellent updates to delivery.

Excellent product and service

Excellent product and service, web experience could have better, I fouind it difficult to place order and ended up ordering a pin I didnt want(not a problem). However, I requetsed early delivery and it arrived super early and is far the best quality of the products brought. Will use again

Extremely disappointing

Regalia sent promptly but problems with collar and apron. The former was cut so that it couldn't lie flat at the back of the shoulders but buckled and came undone from the jacket; the latter's tassles were not secure and two of them fell off in the course of normal wear.
Phoning messages and emails to the company were completely ignored, so engaging them was an expensive waste of time, for me. I would recommend actively avoiding them, based on my experience. Problems do happen, but it's their repeated refusal to respond when their products were faulty that really showed me who they are.

After reviewing our records, we found that we received one email from you on 25th February 2025, to which we promptly responded requesting further details and images to assist with your concern. Unfortunately, we did not receive any reply after that ever since.

We always value genuine customer feedback as it helps us improve our products and services. However, as your order was placed nearly three years ago, it is well beyond our standard 30-day return and warranty period. While we strive to assist wherever possible, we still do require up-to-date information to properly assess and facilitate any resolution, as product use and storage conditions over extended periods are beyond our control.

Having checked our call records and emails, we also confirm that there were "none" any recent emails or calls from you (unless you have changed your contact details) which you have mentioned in your feedback.
