I still don't know what happened with my order;
I made a special payment specified on your site, according to which I should have received the goods (masks) the next day, which was very important for me, because I needed them in the country I have traveled the next next day, that had special requests regarding the masks type; luckily my colleagues had a few extra with them;
Now you ask me how I feel?!!
Well..., I'm sorry but you really really have to get your business straight!
And of course, don't bother sending the goods because I am not going to pay anyway;

I ordered masks for a friend in a high risk group in Sweden who does not have a car. They were able to arrange home delivery and were extremely responsive on email when required. Great customer service and would definitely use again.
