Just had a Kitchen fitted by MAS and wow what a company they are.
From the moment we met Ricardo at Longacres Bagshot we instantly felt assured this company know exactly what they are doing.
We had a new extension recently and decided to go with a High Street Chain and what a disaster of 18months that was, wish we had never stepped foot in this particular place.
Eventually getting our extension back to an empty room we decided to start looking again.
We booked a meeting with Marco and couldn't believe what a difference in service you get with a bespoke kitchen company.
We explained exactly what we wanted and everything and every other option was explained to us by Marco.
After they visited and took measurements and assured us the kitchen would look great we felt so reassured.
Dan the kitchen installer wow his carpentry skills are amazing.
We had to have 2 cupboards completely built from scratch as we had a protruding pillar and you would never know they weren't factory built but built in our extension.
Dan arrived on time exactly as he said he would every day and he cleared up and left the house spotless.
The finished product looks so much better quality than other DIY Chains and High Street Chains.
We would highly recommend this company to anyone without any doubt.

When we initially went to the Reading showroom we were very impressed by the styles, range & quality of the display kitchens.

Dominic was our designer & spent many hours with us perfecting our design. He was very patient, happy to amend & to find alternatives when needed according to price & aesthetics.

The kitchen delivery team were very careful with the delivery so that nothing was damaged. The kitchen fitters were excellent & happy to adjust anything needed. There were a few minor parts missing, but these were ordered efficiently & fitted when they arrived. The admin team were also great, arranging fitting appointments smoothly & efficiently.

We have been using the kitchen for over 6 months now & it still looks fantastic & just what we'd hoped for.

MAS Küchen provided an overall satisfactory experience for our kitchen renovation. The design process was thorough, and Lisi listened to our needs. Delivery and installation were completed on time, but a few snags arose during fitting. Thankfully, these were resolved efficiently. The final result meets expectations, though not entirely flawless. 3/5 rating.

We are very pleased with our new kitchen looks fantastic great quality and exactly how we imagined it from the design it has been admired by all who have seen it. The whole process from initial design through to installation was carried out efficiently some small fixes had to be done but the sign of a professional outfit all were done quickly. Special mention to Lisi who listened to our requirements and produced a design that looks really good and just what we wanted she is brilliant.

We visited Mas and several other companies when doing our research into who we would use to create our new kitchen, drinks area including media unit and utility room. What swayed us towards Mas is the great variety of kitchen styles they have available from modern through to traditional. As we were looking for a modern look with colours to match, Mas has the best range by far. When it came to designing our new kitchen, we worked with Lisi who is great at listening and understanding the customer needs and also making great suggestions based on her wealth of knowledge and experience. Suggesting both products and where best to arrange critical items to allow the kitchen to flow. The design process was not easy as we were having a house extension, so it was a case of Lisi working from architect’s drawings and measurements which is difficult when every centimetre counts. The design process was seamless which is testament to her skill and knowledge. During the build she was on hand to discuss tweaks to our design as the builder was creating the new space, this was very welcomed and reassuring. Several design iterations were developed due to structural changes but on the whole the design stayed as planned.

The delivery of the kitchen was on the agreed date with fitting happening over several weeks as there were several parts to the install as mentioned above. There were a few snags along the way with the fitting but that is expected when dealing with multiple elements to coordinate i.e. back splash templating and installation, kitchen worktop templating and installation etc. All snags along with way were sorted by Mas and Marco which demonstrates a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. We are now enjoying the new space and kitchen which is the hub of our home made possible by coordinating and working together with great companies like Mas.

The service from MAS was excellent from the first visit with Lisi(Designer) who understood our needs perfectly, right through the process with the back room team keeping us informed at all times. The fitting was completed by the date agreed and to a very high standard. We are delighted with the result. I would thoroughly recommend MAS.

Wanted a relatively high end Kitchen for my flat

Was a very comprehensive and helpful process going through with Lisi about all aspects of a completely new kitchen.

And was looking forward to seeing the results.

Was perfectly fine with the dates for the work to be completed and throughout the installation process both Sarah and Marco were always available, quick to respond and any issues were dealt with by Marco efficiently.

All the electricians, fitters and plumbers used, all were friendly, tidy and respectful and am very pleased with the finished product and would definitely recommend.

Superb company to do business with. Lisi helped us design the kitchen we always wanted, which took several visits to the showroom. The kitchen units themselves are very well built and admire admiring comments from house guests. Thoroughly recommend Mas Kuchen. 10/10

From design, survey, accounts, delivery and installation everyone was 10:10.
Lisi absolutely knows her product in design. Szymon measured up and managed the installation and his guys were exceptional, nothing was too much effort and taking more time to do it 100% was always the only option from them!

A great quality kitchen (it is German afterall) with a great team to back it up. The design by Lisi was fantastic. Like everyone who buys a kitchen we had looked at many designs from many companies, some were so basic I could have designed them with a crayon on the back of an envelope, others were completely impractical. But with Lisis at Mas Kuchen she took the time to really understand what we were looking to achieve and then she and Marco and Sarah helped deliver on that dream. Marco runs a great organisation and Sarah delivers the organisation. We have been delighted with the quality of the product and with the tremendous aftersales care, Marco personally made regular calls to check we were happy and had everything we needed. If I am buying a kitchen again I am buying a Mas Kuchen

We have just completed an extension that incorporated a full kitchen rebuild in what can only be described as challenging times for all. However the team at MAS Kuchen worked with us tirelessly to bring us the result we were looking to achieve. Great service by MasKuchen. We recently had our new kitchen from Mas Kuchen. Excellent work by them end-to-end. Lisi(designer) was brilliant and so flexible with of changes requested as part of the design, final design was just too good, Mark Elliott did a fantastic job with fitting and finished in 4 days though it was a big kitchen.

Overall - We are very happy with Mas Kuchen, strongly recommed them..

Our new kitchen is beautiful 😍 It’s different than anything else out there you can buy for the same money. Really reasonable to supply and install as well. Nothing is too much trouble for Marco: he had a great eye for detail and lots of ideas on how to improve the layout and look of the kitchen. I would definitely recommend going with this company for your new kitchen.

We finally got getting you a real review, after installing out new kitchen at the end of 2018.
We are extremely pleased with the outcome, and feel we have made a fantastic choice of using Mas Kuchen and would not hesitate to come to you again, or recommend you to friends and family. Now the flooring/skirting is completed, the kitchen seems to have come fully to life. The units look lovely, and bright, and the quartz work surface adds another touch of quality for us.
The fitters were prompt and always on time, and from delivery to install worked efficiently.

With COVID19 keeping us all at home, our house really does now feel like a home!
