It was a great experience and the team was very professional.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with an online store! This is unacceptable! You place an order, provide the correct delivery address, but somehow they send the package to another country because they don’t know the CAPITALS OF EUROPEAN COUNTRIES! That’s basic general knowledge!

They then send a second shipment to the correct country—“supposedly” with express delivery—to the country that was specified in the original delivery address. The package finally reaches the correct country, but then the courier’s website shows a message saying the email address or phone number is incorrect, even though I received the tracking link on that very email address!

This is outrageous! After almost three weeks, I still haven’t received my package. And if “express” means a minimum of six days for delivery within a EUROPEAN circuit, then I don’t know… maybe just stop offering international shipping altogether!

The wine tasting room is located on the beautiful grounds of the Mas Amiel estate. We were warmly greeted at the tasting room and given a tour of the historic wine cellar, followed by a tasting of a variety of wines from the domaine. The sommelier was very friendly, patient and helpful with us. We were recommended the address from our hotel concierge, were not familiar with the domaine- so were very pleasantly surprised by our stop here. We would recommend to anyone visiting the area !
