Masaj SOHO - small but really nice deco and setting. My room was quite bright with outside lights. Therapist took some time for introductions and also at the end for some sort of exercise plan going forward. This was appreciated but would have preferred the time spent on the massage itself.
Receptionist was extremely rude this morning and when I asked to speak to the manager to complain the manager refused to even speak to me. I would not recommend this service provider to anyone since the service and customer respect equals to zero here. Stay away

I went along to the one located in Shoreditch after paying £70 for 45 minutes and having seen the photos I was expecting a really nice establishment. When I walked in my jaw dropped. The chairs were old, dirty, stained and cheap. There was a rug that looked filthy and I believe the place was deliberately kept dark so you couldn’t see the extent of the filth. The place felt grimy and grubby. The massage was OK, but the girl working the reception was extremely rude. It was obvious she had no customer skills or service training at all.
Be warned.

My lovely daughter bought a £75 gift voucher for my birthday in February after I had had a really stressful few years. It was a lot of money for her to afford.
Following the end of my summer job I decided to use my voucher in September only to be told that it had expired in August and they couldn’t honour it.
Most other vouchers expire after a year.
I was sent a very blunt email saying that they had gone to great lengths to display the expiry date clearly on the voucher. This only made me feel worse about my daughters wasted £75.
The company could improve by making vouchers valid for a year as people expect, which is perfectly normal.
Shameful business practices. I lost a voucher for some time and when I found it again, it had passed the expiry date by a month or two. I asked if it could be honoured but they were "unable to honour" the voucher. The cost of living being so high, this is shameful.
Absolutely excellent service, I had a massage with Ayanna and she was extremely informative and friendly. My first massage and I must say, I will be going back for sure!
