Very poor
Me and my wife completed the contractual 4 months of the plan. Even though we didn't complete the actual exercise plan due to other commitments, we still paid for us both for the 4 months. Since then we have sent several WhatsApps and emails to cancel the programme and had no response. They have seen our messages as the WhatsApp messages turn blue once viewed, so I wouldn't recommend this programme as the customer service is non existent. Very poor

Its not entirely clear what you mean in your feedback, feel free to elaborate on this.
I also don't offer 1 year subscription. All coaching has a minimum of 4 months minimum commitment (unless agreed otherwise) then it rolls on month by month until you write to me (via the platform we used for coaching together) to cancel. Then it is a calender months notice. You signed and agreed to these terms when you started with me also. I do not sell 12 months subscriptions. I can see that you wrote me to cancel via email and I then cancelled the same month, despite the calender months notice, as a good will gesture.

Very poor
Very poor , just basic plans ,which are available on the net. Furthermore they are very cunning. I have asked for few months that i want to cancel. There has been no response to either cancel it or even inform me how to cancel. There are considerably cheaper and genuine options available. I've never written a bad review for any business. However this surely has been a very poor experience.
Stay away from these kind of people

What you have written here is quite concerning, especially as you never raised this with me directly in the chat. I always ask for feedback with plans and to ensure we work closely together to fine tune things until its perfect. It always takes me a bit of time to figure out what you need and for you to get to learn my coaching style. This is what makes my coaching so personal. Interesting that you didn't tell me you felt it was generic during the coaching period but then rate me 1 star afterwards. Pretty upsetting for me as I care deeply about my clients. I also just check and cannot see that you wrote me in the coaching platform to cancel either. If you’re hesitant to reach out to me directly, even though this is a personalized coaching experience with me, it makes it hard for me to give you the support you need.

No Bull@*#? review! The truth about this program 💪🏼
Well I’ve been with Martyn Ford’s program now for a while and I can say that I’ve been loving it. When I first started I was a bit lazy so I didn’t push as much as I should have, but the moment I got serious I started to see results. Please don’t forget this process takes time. Don’t expect to work out for a week and wake up a week after covered in muscles! Start the program and stick to it cause it works. I don’t understand some of the reviews I’ve read on this. It’s doesn’t matter if your in the UK, US or anywhere in the world, Martyn treats everyone with respect ✊🏼
So in the end, what you put in you get out, it’s really worth it. Food is great, exercises are good and challenging and Martyn is epic (don’t forget he is a real person who also has a real life) communication between us has been great.
What else can I say 🤔 if you start then push yourself, give it all that you can and you will see the difference 💪🏼

Worst of the worst Customer Service!!
So I send lots of emails for 7 months in a row, from the moment I started the program I’m trying to cancel my subscription because I had an injury.
Customer Service or whatever they have won’t even respond to any of my emails in the last 7 months!! when I send a text message; They are saying I’m not represented Martyn Ford anymore.
This is really bad!
Is there any other option to get in contact with them or at least respond to any of my emails!
This is really ridiculous and absurd!

Tried cancelling my programme well in advance before it was due to start, have been charged for the month although they read my message to cancel over a month ago, now they don’t reply to my emails or messsges

I did attempt to address your review, as it accuses me of “making jokes about American clients.” This claim is not only false but also damaging to my character and reputation. I’ve never received feedback like this before, nor have you ever raised this as a concern directly with me or via the coaching platform.
While I’m open to constructive feedback, even if it results in a 1-star review, comments like these—without evidence or justification—are both unfair and hurtful. They negatively impact my brand, and I don’t believe they accurately reflect who I am or how I work with clients.
If this review helped you express your feelings, then I respect that. However, I want to reiterate that I’ve never been approached with such feedback, and it deeply affects me to read these words when they don’t align with my values or actions.

The hardest sessions I've ever done …
If you want easy workouts and to eat crap then this is not for you! Every session you are exhausted but buzzing, be warned the workouts will push you. Meals are super easy and very tasty!
Being able to chat through the app works great and Martyn is always asking what he can do to help!!! *****

App has bugs
App has bugs, not user friendly. My friend warned me that he recommends unorganic food and pills that hurt and disable kidney in the long run. then he probably gets money from those companies with the expense of the client’s health. Lucky that I didn’t continue using the app.

I take pride in my work and in providing genuine, personalised coaching to help people achieve their goals. It’s disappointing to see such accusations without any evidence, as they not only misrepresent me but also undermine the hard work I’ve dedicated to building this platform. This is actually offensive and a personal attack but I hope it helped you get your feedback across in a way that makes you feel happy and complete.
If you had a specific issue with the app or service, I would have welcomed constructive feedback via the app or email however I haven't ever heard this feedback from you until now... I am always open to improving and learning from user experiences. However, reviews like this, filled with personal attacks, don’t help anyone and detract from honest discussions.

No value for money
To begin with, engaging, seemed interested and would be in contact a few times a week.
No video calls, phone calls, live conversations or anything other than a standard generic video of particular exercises. The diet plans were OK but complex for someone who isn't too skilled in the kitchen.
After 2 months I noticed a pattern, no longer was I receiving messages regularly, I had no motivation or structured support and literally went solo. I am skeptical whether it was even Martyn that I was dealing with, the messages got less and less to the point I thought what am I paying for?!
The start of the process was useful to get me going but if I'm being honest I feel like I wasted my money the last couple of months and have since canceled.
I would recommend a more hands on coach that you can have real conversations with, one that makes time for you whenever you need them and one that's more value for money

I can assure you it is me and you will have seen this from the multiple personal videos messages I sent, I used your name on purpose so it didn't seem generic. I do reach out to all of my clients to ensure they feel they get the very best from me and my coaching. If you had any feedback from the plans and coaching you were given there is always the chance to chat and discuss with me directly through the app. It is working together closely but online and so it cant be perfect right away it takes time to get to know you and how your body reacts.
Once again I'm truly sad that you feel you didn't get the best but I am always here to support so if you do ever decide to return please know that all it takes is a message to let me know and ill be happy to adjust plans accordingly. Its what I'm here for for my clients.

What can I say about training with Martyn, it’s everything I needed and more! I was a little unsure whether he’d be able to devote the time and support needed due to his own work and training commitments. Martyn has been superb, put together an amazing nutrition and training plan that has reignited the fire in my training and also makes it so easy nutritionally with such a varied nutrition plan, it’s not a diet, it’s a plan for a change in lifestyle. Martyn had also answered all my questions and comes back to you quickly and you get that personal service that you need.
