Purchased a tyre safety inflation cage…

Purchased a tyre safety inflation cage from this company for our business. Had to download the instruction manual from the website as none was sent with the unit, despite the large sum of money paid for the equipment. Manual has a single page of vague pictorial instructions for operating the machine, with no explanation of terminology. When I contacted the company to ask for more information, I was passed around the houses and nobody seemed to know about their own product! What looks like a good piece of machinery is let down by a lack of technical support!
