Hello from London!

My husband and I make a 1,000 piece puzzle very week and upon completing a Martin Schwartz London puzzle, four pieces were missing. We could not understand how this could be, but an email to Martin Schwartz yielded a fantastic response. They sent us a whole, new complete puzzle as replacement. No fuss, no drama.

This was truly the BEST customer service we have had from a company in a long time. We have total confidence purchasing further Martin Schwartz City puzzles (we recently went to Berlin and have been to New York, so those two will be the next puzzles).

The city puzzles are fascinating and there is so much artistic detail. In making the London puzzle we looked again at all our iconic buildings. We have lived in London for 40 years, and this made us feel very proud of this city.

Thank you again to Martin Schwartz (CEO and company) for delivering such an excellent product and wonderful after-care service.

The puzzle that I bought from my Europe trip has one missing piece after I completed it. I contacted Martin to see if anything he can help and he send me that exact missing piece. Now my puzzle is completed. Really appreciated the service and quality of puzzle.

If I saw this brand puzzle again, no hesitate to buy more.

Ordered a 70x50cm poster of Copenhagen and a 500 piece 'Copenhagen at Christmas' jigsaw. Order delivered, so very well packed, in the UK a couple of days later! Easily tracked on DHL website. Brilliant service and really lovely items. Thank you.

My son and daughter-in-law bought me the 1000-piece Stockholm jigsaw, as a gift. What a beautiful jigsaw, a total joy to complete. You can really feel the quality of the pieces, the sharpness of the image and I appreciated the additional poster detailing all the building names etc. Sadly, some pieces were missing, but after reaching out to Martin Schwartz directly, it was agreed that these pieces will be posted to me. Which will allow me to complete the puzzle. Superb service, over and above and I shall certainly purchase another puzzle and will recommend to friends.

My daughter gave me the Copenhagen puzzle. It was beautiful. Unfortunately 2 small pieces were missing. I contacted the sales department. They replied very quickly, sent me the missing pieces and also offered me a puzzle from another city.
The service offered by Martinschartz is just exceptional.

I am very happy with the response and follow up I received from Martin Schwartz.
I had bought a cute Bornholm puzzle from the store, but it had missing and duplicate pieces. I sent an email to the company, but didn't really expecting an answer.

Instead I received a personal and friendly email plus a free replacement puzzle, which arrived in 2 days.
Sarah even followed up afterwards, I really felt the personal touch.

I ordered London and Paris posters for shipment to Australia. An error was made in packing and I received two Paris posters. I contacted Martinschwartz and received a response within 12 hours apologizing for the error and advising that the London Poster would be dispatched immediately. I did not need to return the additional poster. Amazing friendly service.

I ordered the Paris poster in B2 size, to go with the equally beautiful Copenhagen poster I'd ordered a couple of years ago. The poster which arrived had a small but visible crease near the top corner, which I reported to Martin Schwartz and they promptly issued a replacement, which thankfully was flawless. Very pleased with the service I received, and the posters :)

Amazing service! My grandparents lost the poster to their puzzle and where really upset, just hoping to be able to buy just the poster I sent an email (late at night) and had a response within the hour saying that he would be happy to send one free of charge. Really unheard of amazing service, incredible"

The customer service is maybe the best I've knonw! I had a problem with a piece of my puzzle and the reponse was amazing, so close and quick. The puzzle is really great, well quality and fantastic design, a really good idea for a present for others or for yourself!!

Very beautiful posters, so stunning. Fast delivery and if you have any questions you will get an answer within 24 hours. Service is really helpful, courteous and friendly. By mistake I ordered the wrong poster wich was no problem at all. So thankful for the easygoing solution. I'm really happy with my order. I will definitely order again.
