In September, I booked two "Premium Economy" tickets to Taiwan on the MartiGo website for a total of $2880. However, when I arrived at the airport, I was informed that the ticket numbers were invalid, and I had to purchase two new tickets on the spot. I ended up spending over $4000 for two "Economy Class" tickets. If you wish to have the same experience as I did, feel free to use MartiGo. Good luck

Very disappointing

Twice our confirmed booking, Nov 24th and Nov. 25th from Madrid back to Ottawa were cancelled by your company. We ended up booking with another travel company and had no problems at all.

Booking was a very clear process.
Baggage allowed items ie. personal item, carry on, checked baggage were clearly stated before booking.
(Other booking systems you did not find out what the baggage allowed items were until after booking - and it was not what you expected).
You do not take American Express - this may affect whether I use martiGO in the future.
