I recently purchased some silver shoes from this brand and I absolutely love them! They are beautiful, stylish, and so well-made!

5 star customer service. I order the Angels Plié Silver ballet pumps. I initially ordered the size 38 but after seeing I should size up I reached out to Marté. Tori was so lovely & accommodating and amended my order to size 39. They fit perfectly and look fabulous on. Great pair of shoes, that look well made. Love the angel wings detail. I was very excited to purchase those trainers but, unfortunately, the attention to details in finishing is very disappointing. The silver stripes were had some missing paint at places. The leather is also quite hard and would require a breaking in period.

Please be sure that you aren't charged extra fees from the Irish delivery company. I was impressed with Marte's customer service department who were very kind, understanding and quick to reply when they heard of my issue.

Hi Kristen. Huge apologies for this- we tracked the parcel and seems that there has been an issue with Royal Mail at customs. Unfortunately they never notified us so we couldn’t intercept and sort this for you. We will refund you now including any postage charges and we will try and look into why shipping failed and make sure this doesn’t happen again. Apologies again.

Hello and thanks for your review- our trainers are made with Italian nappa leather- they don’t have any plastic coating whatsoever and are certified by The Leather Working Group for sustainable practices. They are heavy metal and chrome free to ensure the protection of water courses. The leather is fairly thickly cut but this is to ensure durability over time. Warm regards, Marté.
