Low quality products and lack of help from support
I recently bought a water cooler from this brand and it has a design flaw on all units with it's led lighting. I sent an email asking if I could do anything about it and they replied a day later while I was at work @ 8AM asking for the purchase invoice and a video of the issue. I couldn't do those as I wasn't the one ordering the cooler and someone else did for me and for the video I did not feel like messing with wires so I explained in full detail what the issue is and my findings. Never heard anything back since. I got the cooler replaced in the end but same issue with the LEDs. Just avoid their products it's just a waste of time. Now I have a cooler sitting around doing nothing that I cannot return. Support is pretty weird too as I contacted them from the Italian website and they responded in English with half the email being in Spanish??
