Wow!!! I wish I had found this page before I ordered from these scam artists. I have been waiting over 2 months for my order. It has been stuck in LA for over a month. All I get when I ask for a refund, is "it's on its way so we can't refund your money " 😒 I order a lot of products on line and have never dealt with a more despicable company. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!

Ordered UNSCENTED but was shipped Lavender. Sent an email letting them know they shipped me Lavender and I ordered unscented. I want my unscented that I ordered. Take this lavender back. I can’t use lavender that’s why I specifically ordered unscented. Sent them an email. They said they don’t do refunds. ITS NOT A REFUND, you are correcting a MISTAKE YOU AS A COMPANY MADE. You made an error, make it right. I did NOT order this product, GIVE ME THE PRODUCT I ACTUALLY ORDERED on my Invoice/Receipt and take the lavender I did NOT order BACK. Thankyou

This product was ordered in 9/25 buy one get one free paid 29.99..Never received product nor did I get a response. I really hate ordering online and especially from these crooks. Never again and I will continue to let the world know with EVERY chance I get. Amen.

Pity I could not give NEGATIVE stars! This is a complete scam operation. Order my stuff back in November and still getting the Sam BS about my order being on the way! DO NOT BUY.

If I could tell every single person out there to never order from this website, that’s what I would do. I have been waiting almost 5 months for my product. Please do not waste your money. They don’t respond. They can track the order and I absolutely hate this company.

I ordered in January and it's now the Middle of March....thats how wrong! I have emailed them several times and by what they say it's so obvious they are lying. LOL...one of the last notifications said it was in my hometown of Burkesville, KY. It's only 6 miles from my house to Town Center. I could have walked to town and retrieved it when that email (from 3 weeks ago) came with no address to where it was. Today I get an email saying it was delivered. Lies, Lies, Lies, Lies, Lies. This company needs to be investigated for Fraud. When I found out it was a Chinese Company, I knew they were the worst. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

This is the worst company I've ever had the unfortunate nightmare experience to deal with. They are unwilling to accept any returns of their products for a refund. I was told that change of mind is not a valid reason for a return of their products for a refund. Please heed this review and DO NOT order ANYTHING from this company. It is a total rip off company that DOES NOT stand behind any commitment to customer satisfaction or service. You WILL be disgusted with this any dealings with this so called company. Please don't get scammed the way I did. Deal with ONLY reputable companies. Less than zero stars for this company experience. It took over a month to receive their third rate product.

Warning ⚠️ Marromi Beef Tallow emailed me asking me to change my review. They offered to mail me their new and improved product. Ill change my review when they refund me my money. I requested refund multiple times before they shipped the tallow. They said it was already shipped. When infact it had not. When I received the tallow wasn't even what was advertised. Also if you notice the reviews on their website are from May 2025, they deleted all the current negative reviews from there website, because I left a few, they gone. Save yourself the trouble, time, money, and sanity. I filed dispute with Venmo and didn't win because they finally shipped the merchandise and wouldn't allow me to ship it back at no cost to them. The website says refunds and money back guarantee. Scam

Lies upon lies. Made in CHINA. ingredients on label are: Aqua, Mineral oil, glycerine, Glycerine sterate, carbomer, Trethanolamine, Citrus reticulata(tangerine) extract, tallow, mel, hydrogenated olive oil. In that order. All bad ingredients!!! It says honey and yet NO HONEY on the list. Does not redund $$ either and took over 1 month to get the product.

I did receive product after quite a while. It did come from China and the ingredients aren’t exactly as they claim.i have used several times and really liked how a little goes a long way and seemed to absorb quickly with no greasy feeling residue. Like the lavender and citrus fragrance. My skin is very dry due to chemo treatments and I’ve had no adverse reactions to this product. They’ve reached out to me to offer to send free jar and I do really appreciate them reaching out to once again apologize for the delay in initial purchase.

Just like all the other reviews, my order never came. I contacted them three times on their website and never even received a response back. Do not use them. There are several other companies to choose from.

This company is a scam. They took my money when I placed an order last September 2025. To date no product. I've reached out every month several times and I receive a canned message about some shipping issue they are investigating. I've demanded a refund and no intent to acknowledge my request or any action to refund my money. This is truely a SCAM!

Scam!! I placed an order on Sept.26th of LAST yr and they or the bot tells me it has had the label created and given a tracking number. The number shows the label only in CA awaiting the package. Can't get to speak with a person to save my life or get a response back from one.

Ordered beef tallow from this company August 23rd 2025 still haven’t received my package and no refund they just ignore my messages

Don't purchase tallow from this company. There are plenty of others who will deliver the product. Ordered at the beginning of August, it is now December, still nothing. When I have reached out 3 different times, I get the same automated form letter saying my product is on the way. I doubt I will ever get it.

Same problem. Subscription based which wasn’t clear when your then it’s impossible to delete the subscription. I finally figured out how to delete my card. No one to contact no way to talk to anyone. It’s a shame because I do like the product. Also I never received a shipment so had to dispute it with my credit card. Just a big pain in the arse all way around.

I placed an order 2 months ago and never received it. I have contacted them multiple times with a response of the same story. “No worries it’s still in transit”. “Can’t refund your money once it’s been shipped”. I’ve tracked the order with the same answer…nothing!!

This company Marrooni is a scam. They take your money and after several weeks you try to get a refund they reply there sorry and ask for patience. But you never recieve sny product or refund. You have to dispute the charge . They send an email that says your order is on its way and never recieve anything.
