Our recent trip to Marrakech, organised by Marrakesh Concierge, was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making the entire experience seamless and truly memorable.

The villa we stayed in was absolutely stunning, beautifully designed, spacious, and immaculately maintained. It offered the perfect balance of luxury and comfort, with peaceful surroundings that made it easy to relax and unwind.

One of the highlights of the trip was the selection of restaurants. Each venue offered not only incredible food but also vibrant entertainment, creating unforgettable evenings filled with great atmosphere, music, and local culture.

For golf enthusiasts, the experience was equally impressive. The courses were in fantastic condition, set against breathtaking backdrops, and everything was organised flawlessly, allowing us to fully enjoy our time on the greens without any hassle.

A special mention for our drivers Abderrezak and Youseff who ferried us around day and night, very polite and very punctual in pick ups and drop offs, the housekeeping, breakfast and dinner was absolutely delicious and fantastic, all courtesy of Ihlam.

Overall, Marrakesh Concierge delivered an outstanding experience. Their attention to detail, local expertise, and commitment to quality made this trip truly special.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Stayed at a fabulous villa with excellent staff who met all our needs. The chauffeurs are very friendly and would carried out every request. The chef in the villa made a bbq feast which was exceptional, catering for vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.

We had the most incredible experience with Marrakech Concierge — from start to finish, everything was handled flawlessly. They arranged the absolute best venues for us, each one better than the last, and truly made our trip unforgettable.

A special mention has to go to our driver they arranged for us , Mustapha, who was simply amazing. He looked after us throughout the entire holiday with such warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him — he made us feel safe, comfortable, and completely at ease every day.

I have used marrakech concierge many times over the years. He always organises my itinerary and gets the timings perfect. This time I also added a driver for the weekend which was the best decision I’m glad I took the recommendation. Mustapha made our trip memorable! Not only was he polite, on time and professional but he made us feel extremely safe as a group of girls. We have so much fun having him as our driver all weekend and the trip honestly wouldn’t have been the same without him. 5* all around - I look forward to booking with this company again for the 6th time running soon.

I recently used Marrakech Concierge for a trip to Marrakesh and had a great experience from start to finish. The entire setup was seamless, and everything was well-organized, which made the trip stress-free and enjoyable.

The drivers were reliable, professional, and always on time, which made getting around the city easy and comfortable. The dinner recommendations were also excellent—we had some really memorable meals throughout the trip.

A standout highlight was Buddha-Bar, which was an amazing experience. The atmosphere, food, and overall vibe made it one of the most memorable nights of the trip.

Excellent service provided by Marrakech Concierge. From arranging the reservations for the restaurants and nightclubs to handling all requests during the trip. Abdul & Youssef were polite and courteous at all times, driving us everywhere we wanted and even doing our grocery shopping to save us time. Villa staff were very accommodating and met all our needs…

I would like to express our deep dissatisfaction with our recent stay at the "Al Destino Luxury Villa Marrakech & Spa" for which we paid several thousands of pounds. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below any reasonable expectation of luxury accommodation and, in many respects, did not meet even basic hospitality standards.

From the outset, the property was clearly poorly maintained. Numerous bedroom, bathroom, and wardrobe doors required repair. Bedroom doors did not lock from the inside, while several others jammed shut and could not be reopened without difficulty. The in-room safes were non-functional.

The bedding arrangements were particularly concerning. While bedsheets were provided, the duvets had no covers. We have never, anywhere in the world, been expected to sleep with uncovered quilts that may have been used by countless previous guests. This raises serious hygiene concerns. The pillows were excessively large, stiff, and uncomfortable. Towels provided had large tears in them, which is wholly unacceptable in any accommodation, let alone one marketed as luxury.

The bathroom amenities were extremely disappointing. Small bottles of shampoo and shower gel had clearly been diluted with water. There was no handwash, soap, moisturiser, shower caps, or vanity kits provided. The tissue boxes remained empty throughout our five-day stay despite this being visible to staff.

We were also required to purchase our own drinking water, milk, tea, and coffee. While the staff were polite and agreeable, it became apparent that there was a significant language barrier. Requests were frequently acknowledged but not understood, leaving us repeatedly waiting for items that never arrived and forcing us to return to the kitchen to ask again.

The cooking and food standards were extremely poor. Omelettes were served raw in the centre after being folded over with only one side cooked. Hygiene standards were alarming — I personally witnessed a staff member pick up bread that had fallen on the floor and place it directly onto a pan for reheating. This is entirely unacceptable.

Breakfast items were prepared the night before and laid out in morning, resulting in food that was unappetising and in some cases inedible. In a city known for its fresh produce, it was particularly disappointing to be served watered-down carton orange juice instead of fresh juice.

The final evening’s dinner, which had been presented as a “gourmet fine dining” experience, was profoundly disappointing. There was nothing fine dining or gourmet about it. In fact, the meal was of a lower standard than a simple village meal we had eaten earlier in the trip. It certainly did not reflect the premium positioning or price of this villa experience.

Basic facilities were also inadequate for a 12-bedroom property:

No toasters available

Only two kettles for the entire villa

One iron and a broken ironing board

Insufficient crockery and cups, with only two mismatched mugs available

These issues are not minor inconveniences; they represent a systemic failure to provide even fundamental standards, let alone a luxury experience.

Given the substantial amount paid for this stay, we feel the villa was grossly misrepresented and not remotely worth the thousands we spent. We would neither return nor recommend this property to others.

Amazing experience using Marrakech Concierge. Dhiren and his team made sure all our needs were met, from restaurants reservations to nightlife and day time activities. He was even able to arrange the prime seating to enjoy all the shows at the top restaurants in the city. Highly recommend using this concierge service.

Dhiren and the team have been fantastic, from initial queries right through to the holiday. The service was flawless, drivers always on time, chef and staff at the villa couldn’t do enough for us and always on hand to sort anything out. Nightclub and restaurant bookings were fantastic too, would highly recommend Marrakesh Concierge for a stress free trip and will definitely use them again.

I recently experienced the most incredible stag do imaginable in Marrakech (luckily, it was my own stag do!), all thanks to the exceptional planning and execution by Dhiren and his team at Marrakech Concierge. Honestly, words struggle to capture the perfection of the trip – it was truly unbelievable!

From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The drivers were consistently polite, punctual, and operated with comfortable, air-conditioned cars that had plenty of space for our group. This made all our transfers a breeze and set a fantastic tone for the entire trip.

Every single dinner reservation and club table booked was perfectly positioned. Even when venues were completely sold out, Dhiren somehow managed to secure us the absolute best tables in the vicinity, which made us feel incredibly VIP and ensured we had the best possible experience at every single spot.

And then there's the villa... wow, just wow! My friends, who are well-traveled, unanimously declared it the best place they have ever stayed in, and I wholeheartedly agree. The villa boasted 10 double bedrooms, all fully air-conditioned, providing ample comfort and privacy for everyone. The daily maid service kept everything pristine, and having in-house chefs preparing delicious meals was an absolute luxury.

The on-site manager was a lifesaver, consistently available to assist with our endless queries, no matter how trivial. He had an answer for everything and provided non-stop support throughout our stay, truly going above and beyond.

This trip was utter perfection. Marrakech Concierge, and specifically Dhiren, created an experience that has left us all wanting to return to Marrakech just to relive it, even beyond the beauty of the city itself. If you're planning any group trip, especially a stag do, in Marrakech, look no further than Dhiren – you won't be disappointed!

From start to finish, we cannot fault Marrakech Concierge. We made one phone call to request a 5-bedroom villa and received an immediate response with several great options. Every night out was arranged seamlessly, and the villa staff, drivers, and luxury cars were all incredible.

We’ve visited Marrakech a few times before, but we’ve never had such a smooth and stress-free experience. Everything was handled so professionally that we didn’t need to make a single follow-up call — everything just worked perfectly.

Excellent, fantastic, very reliable and friendly easy to approach staff and very helpful and they have a lot of knowledge about the locality. They can arrange everything from the start to finish including Airport pickup and drops. They have beautiful villas to offer with very friendly and hospitable staff who will look after each and every of your need including your meals and small essential day today needs.

What an amazing stay in Marrakech,we were collected from the airport and taken to our villa, entering the villa was jaw dropping, overlooking the Samanah golf course gave us an instant feel that this will be an awesome experience, the cooks and maids looking after us and the villa did a fantastic job and the freshly prepared food was a culinary delight.

we played 3 golf courses locally and also had the pleasure of dining in some top class restaurants, Mohammed our driver wss an absolute god send taking us to these venues but also picking up things locally, very friendly and a very pleasant individual, always punctual and assisting in our day to day needs.
