Scam company. Do not buy from them. They send fake - look alike goods. When you want a refund you have to pay the cost to return to China. This company needs to be removed from Google.

Fraud. Ordered a pair of HOKA running trainers and ended up with a pair called “NOKA” absolutely disgusting. If you were to order new balance they would send a pair of no balance. Stay away

This transaction felt ‘off’ from the start. My ‘HOKA’ trainers were a scam but I felt assured because they were advertised on Google. Given the amount of bad reviews Maroxe has had, I feel trustpilot should raise a class action against them for misrepresentation and soiling their trusted name. Likewise Google who have a duty of care towards their users. Big Mac

Show hoka trainers on the website. Should've checked here first.. they arrived and say noka on them.

Refuse to refund unless I pay postage to send back to China and only offer 60 % refund.

This company is a complete scam . I ordered two pairs of HOKA trainers arrived in a cheap plastic package with two pairs of NOKA trainers which l have never heard of. They certainly need looking into by trading standards. Complete waste of money. Please do not use.

Absolute scam, avoid... Like other customers I ordered Hoka and received Noka trainers. Maroxe refuse to refund unless I post it to China and pay p&p, although the return address on the package is in Southall and the postage is from Royal mail.
I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Absolute scammers and liars.

Ordered trainers paid £49.99 trainers arrived too small. Contacted company was told they'd give me half the amount I paid back and to keep the trainers. Or they'd give me the address which was in china. This is shocking. I've sent them back. Cost £20 to return to China even though the return address on the original packet was an address in Southall. I queried this to be told that's the UK address and they don't deal with actual returns. There's nothing on there returns policy that's says this. Keep away from this company! I'm kicking myself I didn't took into reviews before I bought

I ordered a pair of Hoka running shoes. 7.5. They finally arrived today in a crappy plastic bag, incorrect size and a fake brand called Noka. Totally scammed. No return section on their website. Will be raising to trading standard.

I got my money back and kept the shoes (not like they’re much use to me) by arranging a charge back with my bank. Raise a dispute. Do not send these shoes back.

Feels Like a SCAM . Placed order for two pairs of shoes and paid for express delivery . They gave me a tracking number . But i have checked it over a week now and it is just showing no order placed . They keep sending me new offers but also saying they dont have my address but the message does not contain any company name or anything and looks suspicous . I have now asked for a refund through pay pal . So be very careful with this company .
UPDATE....4th Dec ... Paypal have just come back to me and sided with me today and are refunding all money .. BIG THANKYOU TO PAYPAL ......
After 4 weeks i finally got the shes ordered but they were so small , they were not what i ordered . I messaged back to tell them and they just said i would have to pay all costs of return and taxes to China . Even though i never ordered them off China . They offered me first a 20% refund which finally went up to 35% . But how could you even trust this company to give any refund , so i persuid a claim through paypal which has taken some time but well worth it . So the advice is stay clear of this company , says its based in Netherlands but if you double check its actually HongKong . . Keep Clear

I ordered a pair of 'Hoka' trainers in size 6.5. what I received were a pair of 'Noka' trainers in size 7.

Hoka are excellent trainers.

I have never heard of 'Noka' shoes, but the fit is terrible and the sizing all wrong. They r very uncomfortable. The label says"made in China". They are definitely NOT Hoka trainers.

I'm gutted! I was so looking forward to my Hoka's arriving :(

Scam company shoes arrived yesterday I have never seen such poor quality they were £89.99 Reduced to £39.99 took Three weeks to arrive not answering my emails. They are fit for the bin. They are plastic cheap and nasty shoes. They were meant to be for wider fitting. They are so narrow plastic shoes absolutely rubbish . They’re not answering my emails . This is a scam company do not buy from them.

This company should not be appearing on Trust Pilot. They sell goods of poor quality. They adevrtise HOKA trainers on their web site. Delivered today and they are NOKA. I have asked for a refund and I will be reporting them to Trading Standards. Absolute con men company that people should avoid! Cheats and liars! I wish i had read these reviews before placing an order for a smart watch.
Placed order on the 20/10/24 , there has been no tracking number and they had the guts to ask me to pay for express shipping which i did and still no sign of my item nor tracking details

Please do not use them , they are scam , scam scam company.

When i have requested for a tracking number, they sent me one and when clicked on it , it belongs to someone in some far away country and not my item.

I have also asked to be sent link on how I could cancel my order to get my money back , they have refused to respond to me. This company should be put out of trading online .

Can only reiterate what some other reviewers have stated. These trainers display the logo NOKA and not HOKA as advertised on their website. These trainers are a poor quality shoe. Calling them counterfeit would be doing counterfeit goods an injustice.
Awaiting a response from Maroxe otherwise will be using the Charge Back scheme and contacting Trading Standards regarding this company.
Be very aware.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It is a scam company that should not be allowed to trade. I ordered HOKA shoes and was sent poor quality NOKA shoes. Communication with Maroxe was disgraceful. Despite stating clearly that the shoes were FAKE, all the replies were the same about policy on how to send back. I will report this company to google who should hold some responsibility for allowing this company to trade on its platform.
