SCAM! ordered a purse from this company and it never came and now their site is deactivated and they have stopped responding to my emails. They kept saying shipping is delayed but then stop responding all together.

I ordered jeans the beginning of October and so far I haven't received anything. I emailed the company 6 times and only one update. Apologizing the delay and say due to an overload of so many requests they were back logged. This company is horrible with customer service and I'll never ever order from them.

awful company, awful customer service, bag came completely falling apart and they will not refund me or send me a return label, saying I have to send it back to china, spend more money on them and with no guarantee of a refund. a joke.

Would give zero stars if I could. This website uses photos from other brands and pretends it’s their merchandise. They sell knockoffs. And poor ones at that. I ordered jeans and the quality is terrible and the arrived WEEKS late. Avoid this company at all costs.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. I have been patiently and kindly waiting for a bag that I ordered in early September. They have the worst customer service. There is no one to talk to about your orders. I have emailed at least 15-20 emails with them and all I get is a “thank you for being patient we have forwarded your email... ‘. They have lied about giving me a tracking number. They are not a legit company. Don’t believe any reviews out there. They are fake and directly from their company.

My daughter ordered a pair of jeans from this company. They are terrible quality and they don’t fit at all. Almost like they were made in a way that would be impossible to fit anyone. She’s 5”6” and very slender yet they were tight in certain places and huge in others. She was unable to even come close to buttoning them. I have been trying to return them unsuccessfully for a week. Every time I email someone, 24 hours later, I get a response - probably because they are in China - and it’s like starting all over again. They are refusing to accept the return even though the return policy clearly states items are eligible for return. They are asking for photos and then they are trying to negotiate a percentage to keep the product. They finally sent me, their shipping address which I found out will cost a minimum of $30 to ship back.

I ordered from this company weeks ago now, product is still not here and communication when asking the company where it is, while quick to respond, is next to useless. Tracking link frozen for days on end. Instead of actually telling me when my order will arrive, I get “we’re so excited for you to receive the product, we are sure you’ll love it”. They only give 30 days from the date you place an order to initiate a return, which is impossible because I’m not far off that now and don’t even have the item to see if the quality is any good and if I want to keep it. All in all, I won’t order again and am worried I’ve spent almost £50 for nothing and am going to get excuse after excuse when contacting the company.
