Further to my experience with this company over the servicing of my Atlantic watch I have now been informed by their CEO that my watch will be returned and they will no longer be servicing my watch, because I posted my frustration on this site. MWC have had my watch for over six months, they have missed their own deadlines in servicing and returning my watch three times and on those three occasions I have had to do the chasing. Yes, I requested a level of compensation because I dont feel I was receiving a level of service to warrant £495. Disgusting service and I have now sold on my MWC watch. The watches maybe nice and I agree, mine was, but their after care service is shockingly bad and their service costs astronomical for the price of the watch. I reiterate, stay clear.

I have just purchased a Marloe Watch and the whole experience was amazing. I had several questions which I called to ask, I spoke to Nichola who was fantastic and couldn’t help me more, such a lovely lady, I ordered and was delivered in amazing packaging, great quality watch and fantastic customer service. I now need to wait until the beginning of February to wear as it’s a birthday present to me but for the kids and wife to give me, I chose my own presents!!

My watch arrived quickly, was well packaged and very nicely finished. I like the original designs of the Marloe watches and the quality is very good considering the reasonable price.

I’ve been collecting watches for years, and over the last 12 months have developed a real interest in microbrand watches. I’ve just taken possession of my first Marloe, a Solent Timer Black Edition. Firstly, the packaging of the watch is beautiful - the box, and presentation of the watch puts many of the bigger Swiss brands to shame.

The watch itself is superbly put together - it really does exude quality. The polishing on the case is fabulous, the bezel sets off the black dial brilliantly, and the hands and hour markers are just beautiful. The lume is strong, and the screw-down crowns are precise. Need to comment on the quality of the silicon strap, too. Extremely high quality with a stamped clasp, and very comfortable. The watch sits comfortably on my wrist and is keeping great time. Most importantly, it looks great, and it’s not a generic looking Sub or Speedmaster clone, which many micro brands are releasing. This has a design of its own, and is all the better for it.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the watch, it’s astonishingly great value for money. I’m sure this will be the first of several Marloe watches for me, too!

I have been collecting watches for more years than I care to count and have had an eye on a Marloe Coniston for a while. I just purchased a K4 and without doubt it is an exceptional watch that punches well above its weight. I have had watches costing much more that are no better quality. Super watch and super packing to go with it. Highly recommended you won't be disappointed and at this price point there is nothing to compare in terms of quality.

Recently purchased another Marloe Morar watch. The whole experience was once again first class. The shareholders edition watch is fantastic. Marloe are just improving as time goes by. Love this company.

This is my first Marloe watch and I spent a good amount of time deciding on a model but eventually went for the Solent Timer Oceanic. It is absolutely beautiful from all angles and it's so good to be able to see the automatic movement too.
It feels lovely to wear, having a subtle weight to it but not too much and the leather strap is very comfortable.
The packaging is really nice with some information about the model and the company and tech spec for the watch.
I called them to choose my serial number too and the person I spoke to was very helpful and polite.
As I said, this is my first Marloe watch, I'm certain it won't be my last.

Marloe are simply a cut above in both there design and presentation. This is a premier division microbrand and their British .My second Marloe the Sceptre Aggron and they just get better.

Just received my Astro with metal bracelet. The quality is exceptional. The packaging and the extras that are included is top quality. I have just ordered a leather strap, I like both. Thank you.

For Christmas I received a Marloe Solent watch, I did pick it out for my wife to buy for me for Christmas. It really didn't disappoint, comes in a good presentation box and with clear instructions and manual. All the watches have a narrative and this one is no exception. I think the design of Marloe watches especially their Solent and Coniston (I have a Coniston Bluebird 4 years ago for my 40th) are great. They have some weight on the wrist but not too much, sapphire glass which doesn't scratch and the movement is smooth and very reliable. People notice it on my wrist and ask where I got it and can they try it on. I have found the customer service to be very helpful (although I haven't needed much as my watches have never had any issues). If your looking for a solid piece of British design that balances character and simplicity with a great price and quality then buy a Marloe.

Super fast delivery, well presented box and documentation. Mediocre watch design and finish which is what your buying and no free return postage if you don't like your item But on their web site all the reviews are All 5 star I should have taken more notice. Lesson learned

The customer care Marloe provide is second to none, I recently emailed Oliver regarding an issue with one of my straps and without hesitation a new one was sent, not only did it arrive the following day, I came gift wrapped in a lovely Marloe embossed box with a covering card message, doesn’t get any better than that! I’m sure you wouldn’t get this level of care with any larger brand!
I now have three of their watches and love them all! I will certainly be building my collection with Marloe for years to come.
You’re certainly buying an experience and not just a watch!

Absolutely fantastic service – ordered a Coniston watch, but had some second thoughts. After ordering, the Coniston arrived incredibly quickly and I was blown away by the quality of the watch – was very tempted to hold onto it, but decided to have another watch from the collection – the Astro, as I was really intrigued by the square watch. In no time at all, customer service had sorted out an exchange and literally within a couple of days, I had the Astro in my possession again, absolutely beautiful watch, I went for this because it was automatic and has the interesting quirky shape. If I could have afforded it, I would’ve kept the Coniston as well – everything about this company from my experience of buying several different micro brands stacks up – totally honest and clear about the Japanese movements, which in my opinion are absolutely fine, but the real quality here is the incredible design, quality and craftsmanship of the case, dial, general finish to the watch, even with the straps of the highest quality and very comfortable – and if you’re after Swiss movement, there are great options there as well.
Another point worth mentioning is the incredible presentation, well shipped, lovely presentation box with interesting literature, showing this company really think about the story behind each watch they produce.

Totally stacked up in my mind quality wise to Farer and Christopher Ward, genuine, cohesive, creative and beautiful design work going on here - I’m delighted to have the Astro in my collection and have my eyes on the Pacific (selita mvt) and I believe there may even be a GMT in production in the not too distant future – fingers crossed!

Have brought 3 Coniston, Morar and Atlantic and they are all amazing packaging is 100% on point and the watches are amazing definitely hitting over their price bracket and customer service is amazing.

While the watch (Lomond Chronoscope) is great, when I needed a service the watch came back with the exhibition caseback wording rubbed off in places (it's applied to the inside of the caseback) and a daily rate of +72 seconds (face up)! It was well protected in postage so I can only assume they let a first day apprentice at it.

I've been fortunate to purchase 2 watches from Marloe, a Coniston and a Morar. Both excellent watches and I had great service on both occasions. Looking forward to purchasing from them again.

The Morar 'Deep blue' is a compact, attractive and well built watch. The design is quite interesting as the case ( gunmetal finish) and the hands ( geometrically uncompromising) are all work. This is offset by the well lumed softness of the hour indicators. When choosing a watch, it firstly has to 'speak to me' visually as well as possessing the expected comfort, specs etc etc. The Morar has this in spades. I was also impressed with the level of communication provided by the company throughout the delivery process. After a month this feisty little watch remains operating within tolerances.
