No delivery. No UPS tracking number. Unable to track via the MarkeTurk website. Contact numbers do not answer. Email not answered. Can't cancel the order.
Never again.

I ordered some stuff worth £33 for over 3 weeks ago. I tried to call all the number i could find online, no one is picking up. They just charge you straight away but there is no away you can contact them. Im not even sure now whether this place exist. I got scammed !!

They scam people !!! Dont even bothered to look at it !!

I ordered some tea glasses from this company, paid for them and received an email confirming the purchase, however, there was no indication of when the item would be delivered and the button indications " Choose a delivery time" did not function. I emailed them for assistance but received no reply. I then tried to phone them repeatedly over three days but their line is always engaged and I am now forced to consider taking action against them to recover my money.

Buyer do NOT beware - steer clear entirely!

I thought that I would order some Turkish cheese that we had enjoyed so much on our holidays and Marketurk had it on their website. I ordered it and a few other items to make the order more worthwhile, anyway two days later I received a part refund from them, no explanation and no idea what it was for until I looked on the website and the money refunded correlated with the cheese..... Anyway I tried to cancel the order online as it was only really the cheese that I wanted. Not a chance. Anyway I have been keeping an eye on their online tracking and the items were due for despatch, and that's how it has stayed for almost 2 weeks.
I have tried contacting them by email and hone, but to no avail, I have had no response whatsoever.
I paid by paypal and by opening a dispute, I hoped to hear something , but still nothing and I have reluctantly had to pursue a claim.
My advice: Don't even bother, they a waste of time and energy and they have very poor (read non existent) customer service, take your money elsewhere!

I can't believe finally I find my online Turkish super market website. All products were fresh and arrived within two days.

One star is too many. This company are dreadful do not buy from them. I ordered 5 items and 4 of them did not have the lids on the jars properly and the seals were broken. They promised refunds on 5 occasions and none were forthcoming. I have been incredibly reasonable and polite with them but after nearly 6 weeks I'm not being reasonable any more.

I'm very glad that I came across to this Turkish supermarket and can buy all the products I miss from Turkey. Turkish teas are amazing. Highly recommended. Lovely customer service as well.
