Lots of changes being made throughout the rollout of the trend shift EA. I have had significant losses for the trading sizes. Some stop losses hitting my prop acct hard. I wonder if this EA may have needed more work before release.

I can understand Tian and see his input and work.

Technical issues with ALPHA BOT on their end blew up my account!!! They recognized this a being an issue on their end !!! NOW THEY WONT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND SIMPLY SAY “we are sorry”!!!
That’s not how you treat loyal customers!

I liked the trading room when it started at 7am pacific and was centered around the signal shadow pro platform among other trading pairs. Now that it starts at 6:30 it's harder to tune in the first 30 min and that would be no problem but the replay usually isn't avail until much later in the day. If it could be avail within the hr or 2 that would be helpful. There also seems to be another 1 or 2 trading systems that Gary is now leading which doesn't really apply to the pairs shown in signal shadow anymore. Occationally the pairs are discussed but nothing like it was before. I wish these programs were separated or even 30 min for signal shadow and 30 for the others so it wouldn't waste time for either party. I usually have it in the background and wait for a pair of interest to come across and often they do not.

All they do is take your money and try to sell you a new robot every week. Found some other service way better and you just pay a small monthly subscription and if anything new comes out its given to you cause you already subscribed. Not a scam like this every week with different robots that don't even work.

Education provided is detailed - despite considering myself quite knowledgeable within 24hrs I've been able to fill gaps I didn't realise existed! The level of one to one support has been impressive.

This company is sad. I talked with a representative a year ago and ask them to cancel my subscription. They charged my account a year later and will not issue me a refund. Please don't fall for the scam. Make sure you close out your account and don't rely on a customer representative to do it for you. They claim that it has to be a written request, but a customer service rep just said they will close the account out for me, and I want be charged again. Do not believe them guys. I know companies are struggling and you guys must need it to scam clients out of funds.

The institute is great specially the teachers tian and Jesus

Total Bs done me out of £2500 all they do is sell trading strategies that before you even get what you paid for MTI is a big scam do not recommend to anybody I’m 72 and they’ve done me out £2500 my pension money

Just to learn how to evaluate and analyze what is going on to determine if it’s worth the investing or just sit and wait and not lose money on bad trades.

The videos are well detailed and explained.

Tian does an excellent job of satisfying the needs of a wide range of trader experience. He carefully explains what he is doing as well as why. Good learning environment. I am not sure what I would recommend been done to improve the session.

There are some who lead the morning sessions, Tian, for example, who are excellent. Most of the daily calls are sales pitches for products. I have favorites of who I choose to listen to and I know which ones are the salesy guys. Tian Kriek, Chris Pulver, Tad DeVan are the guys who I listen to but that's just me.
