No opt in or Opt Out with Marketing Collaborators UK

On linkedin Marketing Collaborators, a UK based company, intentionally follow individuals as a company page to like posts for self promotion.

I have zero interest in their services, but they inject themselves into posts via reactions and likes.

Linkedin does not have a page block feature, so they get away with it reacting to posts for self promotion. Just because they can do it does not mean I consented to it or approve it. There is no opt in or opt out for their unsolicited marketing tactics.
