Nice smooth on-time delivery by Warren and Steve.

Fantastic service at the show room could not have been more helpful. Rob and Ian the delivery team were friendly and very efficient. Placed the unit where specified. They even took away the packageing that most companies leave for the customer to dispose of.

Kept informed and updated with delivery date and time slot, and on time. Tony and Ian were very polite and helpful and put furniture in the room for us. Excellent service.

Dave and Daryl delivered our new kitchen unit this morning. They were very friendly, professional + efficient - and kindly offered to take our old unit out to our garage (which they didn't have to do). Really appreciated their help!

I ordered 4 Brogan Industrial Vintage Antique Brown Faux Leather Dining Chairs as they were a little different from the usual furniture you see on other websites and they would look perfect in my new industrial(ish) dining room.
Order was easy and delivery was on a day of my choice, which was perfect as I was still working during lockdowns.
One of the chairs was slightly damaged on delivery so took a picture and sent it to the customer service team who immediately offered me a replacement or a discount on the damaged chair. I preferred a replacement and the new chair was delivered and the damaged chair was collected 2 working days later.
Will definitely use Furniture Market again

I bought a Monks Bench finished in Downton Grey. The finish is more stone than grey, which is what I wanted, as it goes with a range of other colours. Overall the quality is good and the bench is solidly made. I wanted it for shoe storage, and it works well for up to four pairs of shoes per drawer. Assembly was reasonably easy but did involve some careful lining up of fixing points. This is now my second bench as the first one first developed some obvious but inexplicable defects in the paint finish. Furniture Market responded promptly and politely to my email and I was offered a choice of options. I chose a replacement bench, which was delivered fully assembled by friendly and efficient delivery drivers. I’m very happy with both the product and the customer service, which in my opinion is excellent. I’d be very happy to buy from Furniture Market again.
