This company is a scam. I ordered on November 19. Cancelled the order the next day when I saw all the reviews. I disputed the charge and now they are shipping on January 3

Thieves
I have tried at least ten times over the past 2 months to reach the company to return several formula cans that arrived damaged. My order was $257 USD. There is no phone number to call. This is unacceptable. Would never order from them again let alone give these products to my newborn.

I ordered formula for my daughter and it was a six pack. I have sent multiple emails and not seen the product show up. I have now sent email stating I want a refund with no response.

Tampered unsafe product
I bought over $250 worth of formula. And when I received it, it all was already open and it wasn’t even the right formula. I bought four, two item, refill containers, and I received six single formula containers that were all tampered with. I would never order from this website again because they are now asking for the opened formula back and my worry is who are they going to send it to even though it’s already opened. This business does not care about the children or the customers.

Even the "non expired" boxes that I received had issue.
Market Baby is putting babies in danger, I will never buy anything from this site again.
