It is too expensive for a mere temperature control unit, it is not a computer or a control board, it is what we call a thermostat in the AC business and nothing costs this much unless it s a smart controller that is programable with WiFi capabilities ...etc. BUT this is sold to boat owners and thus like all other products is ridiculously overpriced.
