Customer service is what makes a Brand great. They informed us immediately when there's a delay in getting our sets sent out. And Pylyp the rep responded immediately to our question and followed up as long as the set we're interested in became available!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Can't return S*&(T! I ordered a leather piece that came as 2 SEPARATE PIECES, NOT 1, 2! And when I tried to return it, BRAND NEW, NEVER USED AND STILL IN ITS ORIGINAL WRAPPING AND TAPE! I got my return rejected. In the same order - the other item was not even wrapped or in anything, just loosely in the box - how do I know THAT item isn't used? F*&king stupid when it doesn't fit and I was going to order a better size, but they didn't even bother to help me or give me an alternative method to find a resolution. On top of that, my order took over 1 week to SHIP OUT! Not arrive, TO SHIP OUT! It look forever just to receive. Their website says 1-2 days processing - YEAH MF RIGHT! Their customer service is useless - they don't try to even look into your order or resolve it or even provide an update, but keep sending you a whole bunch of emails to keep buying yet where was my order and why did it take so long? I have been waiting for a refund…
I have been waiting for a refund promised months ago. I email at least 1-2 times a week about the delay and they repeatedly make false promises, use delay tactics and outright lie saying I will receive my refund any day.
I ordered two different leather sets. Each time I paid $250 in duty. They didn't fit. THe second set was missing an item, so wouldn't have worked even if it fit.
I cannot believe how bold their team is to repeatedly lie and evade my questions and requests to have my case escalated to another department or treated more seriously. THis is exceptionally dodgy business behaviour and after dozens and dozens of email and lies I get the sense they're hoping I just give up.
There is no other way to contact Marie Mur besides their one customer service email making it impossible to go around the same people who repeadedly evade my requests to have my $500 refunded (which was already promised, along with a gift card I also have not received yet).

I had ordered a few things and one was too small. In order to make sure I ordered the right size, I initiated a dialogue with their customer service team and they were extremely responsive and helpful. On top of that, they were very nice! (Imagine that!)
