Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Order placed on April 14, 2026 (#23662) on the official website, payment charged immediately.
At first they replied to my Instagram messages and gave me a tracking number — except it was fake, never registered with any courier. The moment I pointed it out, complete silence: no replies, no updates, nothing.
The bag has never arrived and I had to open a chargeback with Mastercard to recover my money.
Their pattern is clear: they reply to reassure you, give you a fake tracking number to buy time, then disappear. Dishonest and premeditated behaviour. Avoid this shop.

Terrible quality. Terrible service

I purchased two bags that were sub-standard. One was dirty inside and one was just really bad quality. I returned them for a refund and the owner at Desensanzo started yelling at me and threw the bags on the floor in a rage. What an angry horrible man. He shouldn't be anywhere near the public! The handbags are rubbish. Cheap garbage! Don't waste your money!
