Customer services rectified a previous issue regarding a refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY OWE ME $300 PLUS IN REFUND SINCE MAY 4, it is now MAY 18. CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS VERY SLOW. I will call my back to dispute this company. Disgusted.

Here is the response I got because now they have to make up a lie so they don’t have to refund me

We confirm that your return has been received at our warehouse and processed by our external logistics and service partner. As part of our standard procedure, all returned items are carefully inspected following strict quality control guidelines.

After inspection, we were informed that the Dress Ivy White was returned with a stain.
According to our return policy, items must be returned in a new and unused state, with all original tags and protective materials attached. Unfortunately, as the returned item does not meet these conditions, we are unable to issue a full refund to the original payment method for this specific dress.

Please find attached images forwarded to us from the inspection for your reference and the partner service attempted to clean and remove the stain, which was unsuccessful. In this case, we can offer you a refund in the form of a voucher (store credit), which you can use toward a future purchase.

Please let us know if you would like us to proceed with issuing the voucher.

As for your Dress Caro White this has been forwarded to our billing team for processing, and you should receive your refund in 3 to 7 business days.

I have been eyeing a dress from Marielle for over a year but never really got around to ordering one as I thought the price was a bit steep and my experience in this price bracket has been extremely disappointing. The new phoebe red print dress was just too good and I decided to try as it seems their return policy is good.
I was not disappointed. The quality is next level. We’re talking higher end. The design was just as beautiful as I hoped, the colours are bright, the fit is top (I am a size 40). So now I am eyeing at least two more dresses that I have been wanting for a long time but never pulled the trigger. I have seen various complaints about quality and delivery, I honestly don’t know what people are talking about. Quality is 10/10 and delivery to Germany was 2 days!

I had been looking at the dresses for a while and finally decided to take the leap on a white dress. Hard to find one you like typically. Totally love it and will purchase in other colors. Great quality and packaging. Highly recommend. Did not give it a 5 as it is hard to iron with the ruffle sleeves but doable with a steamer.

I ordered my first dress not knowing much of the designer but loved her style. My first one arrived and was so excited to see the amazing fabric and fit! The second one was more of chance for me but had to try it. It felt alittle much for me but after discussing with customer care more about how it was to fit and they suggested making a few alternation before I decided to returned it. I did a few adjustment and they gave me a refund of 20% to cover the cost and now loving the dress thanks to their help and awesome customer service. Thank you for making online shopping such a special experience 💗

What elegant clothing!!! I feel the European elegance every time I wear their clothing. The material feels great and always flowing. Very ladylike. Can't wait to see what they come out with next.

Disappointing customer service. Your website advertises “DHL Express 1–2 day delivery,” yet I am still waiting just for a dispatch email, only to be told that you are “busy and moving to a new warehouse.” Communication has been sporadic, with long waits between responses.

If you need your order quickly, I would strongly advise against ordering from this site. I have now requested cancellation of my order because I can no longer wait indefinitely.

Marielle Stokkelaar — customer service and communication urgently need improving. It should also be made very clear on the website how long dispatch actually takes. Advertising “DHL Express 1–2 day delivery” is highly misleading when orders are not even dispatched within that timeframe.

I cancelled my order over a month ago - the order was not delivered to me but returned to the warehouse. I have still not received my refund despite repeatedly emailing.

I’m truly obsessed with dresses from Marielle Stokkelaar, simple yet unique designs that make you feel amazing every time you wear them. Not to mention the endless compliments they attract. The fabrics are also beautifully high quality.
I especially love that all the styles are one size fits all, which makes them feel like a long-term investment. no stress if your size changes over time. Their customer service has also been incredibly helpful with both my questions and a recent return/exchange.

Absolutely stunning dresses, can’t wait to purchase my next one

I purchased a skirt. I did not know the brand but I saw the online endorsements. It is a very cute plaid midi skirt, but what really stands out is the high quality of the material and the comfort. In addition, the order/delivery was smooth and transparent even if coming from abroad.

After about a year’s consideration, I purchased the Vivienne dress, a black lace dress with a white satin lining. I needed a fancy dress and I already own many MS dresses and skirts, so I knew the dress would be beautifully made and lovely to wear. I could not have imagined how very lovely this dress would be. It is the most beautiful dress I have ever owned, and I have owned many lovely dresses. The fit is perfect, the black satin belt is doubled so ties nicely. The white satin under-dress is smooth and fits quite well. This dress does not disappoint.

If you are in the UK I would seriously not consider ordering unless you are prepared to pay an extra £84.99 import tax (such a high amount should be clear on the website) on top of £19.99 shipping making this an eye watering amount on top of the cost of the dress. I ordered a dress at the end of February and when I was going to be charged such high import tax I asked for tne order to be return from the courier. it then took until 11th May for me to be refunded (only the cost of the dress not shipping). Whilst customer service was very responsive it took multiples emails over many weeks to constantly chase up the refund. When timelines for the refund were provided each time, nothing materialised so required repeated emails to chase it up. I find this totally unacceptable. Their refund processing and their transparency about import tax need serious improvement. UK buyers beware.

The service was prompt, and I was delighted when I opened my package/s. These garments are made of exceptionally beautiful and great quality cotton. Have not seen that quality for some time. Also, the styles are flattering and easy to wear. I wish I had discovered Marielle Stokkelaar sooner.

I purchased 4 dresses. Fabulous quality, the colours were pretty, the style so captivating and roomy at the same time. Can't help but feel so chic wearing them. I did have to return one and was offered the opportunity for an exchange -the customer service was on point! Excellent communication that was quick and personal while being professional. Doesn't get better than this. Thank you to all the people at Marielle Stokkelaar. The product is beautiful and the people even better. With my kindest regards.

Ordered 2 beautiful dresses and they came really quickly. The quality was stunning, one just didn't suit and the service on sending back was so personalised, they offered various options and one was swapping the dress i was sending back for another which I went with. I am still waiting for the process to finish out and get the second dress (my return is on the way back) but I am very impressed.

I ended up losing almost €30 just for trying on dresses that did not fit. Return shipping had to be paid out of my own pocket, and shipping costs were also deducted from the refund even though the invoice showed €0 for delivery.

On top of that, the refund took a very long time and required several reminders to customer support. To be fair, their replies were relatively quick, but the overall process was still disappointing.

I would not shop here again.

if the clothes are good but the service is tragic. although the company declares that clothes can be returned within 15 days, but for the return you need to contact the responsible persons who do not respond for a week or more and then the return period expires. there are no return guarantees and convenient returns. You can write hundreds of letters to them, call them, they don't respond. Nowadays, such a refund policy is intolerable. You should not lie on your page and write that there is no possibility of refund.
