I’ve been using Marfa for 6 months now and it’s been a great experience. There delivery comes on time as promised. We had a couple things missing and they sent it out in the next couple of days. I will continue using them in the future!!

They are liars, cheets and overall the worst of the worst. From design to installation - the worst ever.

Marta is incredible! She is excellent at what she does and to be honest, I purchased without knowing the company nor I have visited the showroom, nor physical form of verifying the authenticity and what the quality of the product is going to be.. Yet, Marta made me feel safe and that I could trust the company. Please, never let her go, you need her to grow your business, and I need her to finish my project at peace that everything will be fine. :)

I have a degree in construction management and real estate and have been in the business of buying, selling and remodeling homes for over 20 years now.

A good kitchen designer with a cool product isn't always easy to find. I decided to try Marfa on my personal ski home as a test to vet the service and the product before I can refer out to clients.

So far step 1 and step 2 are an A+. From the time I filled out the form online, I had an immediate response. Then my video call with the designer, Magdalena was perfect. She was knew her products and what boxes and accessories were available.

I haven't completed the order yet or installed it but if this service continues through production and delivery, I will definitely keep this as one of my top 3 cabinet suppliers!

This is my 3rd kitchen designer- I am extremely frustrated by the lack of cohesion and poor information transfer

I requested a quote for myself which I received promptly. I also promptly received encouragement to proceed within a day or two but wasn’t quite ready.
I requested a 2nd quote for a client. It was a large project. I would have proceeded and would have also proceeded with mine. But I never received the quote after it being promised several times.
The sales rep didn’t have the voice of someone selling luxury kitchen cabinets and I could hear her dog panting when we spoke. She wasn’t too friendly either.
I’m glad in a way that she didn’t send me the quote for my client and that I didn’t move forward with them. I think it would have led to disappointment and that’s not a risk I can take for my clients.

Avoid Marfa at all costs! Our experience with their custom kitchen was a disaster. The designer was incredibly difficult to work with, and the cabinets arrived damaged. We had to wait over a month for replacements, which came with missing pieces that we had to salvage from the damaged ones. Despite being custom, some pieces still needed to be cut. Their customer service is abysmal, often taking days or even a week to respond. I deeply regret choosing Marfa, though thankfully, we hired a competent contractor who managed to fix the issues.

The color online was completely different than the piece I received.

Jodie is great! She is new with Marfa, but it doesn’t show at all. A friend of mine recommended Marfa and I’ve enjoyed the experience and customer service so far. Can’t wait to see my new kitchen come to life!
