My health coach Peter Fischer and Dr. Andrew Morel have been absolutely amazing. Peter completely and methodically went through my lab results with me in great detail explaining every aspect of them and was incredibly knowlegable. Peter and Dr. Morel both worked with me to come up with a total health protocol for every one of my needs ranging from addressing my overall health to my fitness goals. Health coach Mars and provider Heather S. Have helped figure out and overcome daily fatigue. Optimizing a few simple things has made a daily impact on life as a busy working mom. I feel more married and focused not just at work but also at home with my family.

I wanted to partner with a health coaching service that would allow me to establish baselines using numerical data to paint a picture of where I'm at today health-wise, and to gain access to the numbers I should be reaching for. I also wanted a game plan that was easy to implement in my day-to-day life and had staying power. Marek Health met all of this criteria! What I didn't expect was the level of high-touch customer service and tailored experience I received from my health coach, Grace Yerkes. I had a very specific goal of wanting my 'game plan' to incorporate elements of dietary-based action items as well as any actions I could add to my daily routine for better sleep and stress management. Grace asked all the right scoping questions in our initial call to get to the root of my reason for reaching out to Marek. Her questions were on the nose, she listened intently, and she generated a plan that has resulted in more energy, better sleep, clearer skin, more balanced meals, and generally a happier outlook on life. It was such a cool experience to feel so heard and to have a coach that aligned so well with my goals. She hand-selected the blood-testing I completed to capture my current health picture and then thoroughly explained my results. My health Coach Peter has always been amazing to work with. He’s extremely knowledgeable and answers all of my questions quickly by. I truly don’t think I’ve ever gone more than a few hours without a response to any of my emails even at odd hours. I was nervous/excited to start treatment at Merek but Peter and my medical provider Rachel have created the perfect treatment plan for me and it has changed my life
