Horrible experience
Ordered a part and it was canceled 3 days later' refunded. But never told me why never sent an email responding to my email. Nothing!?!? Couldn't talk to anyone it got a 1 star in my experience they co tacted me the part was out discontinued so I give it a 3 and a half star

I ordered the Ultra Series GM 10SI…
I ordered the Ultra Series GM 10SI alternator and Electric water pump ultra serpentine system. Unfortunately the serpentine pulley would fit on the alternator. Cost me $75.00 to get it machined to work.

Tax Exempt Account
I called and talked to a rep about getting a sales tax form and an account set up and they said they sent it to my e-mail. Needless to say I never received and e-mail with any of the information. I would like to do more business being as I have a lot of cars I am building for customers, but with when I was told I was going to receive something and never did, it kind of irked me. I ended up purchasing anyways because it was I was looking for.
