Photos are shockingly low quality

Photos are really low quality even if you pay more for the “original” image. Shocking that a photo from what look like professional cameras are just 400kb. Useless.

They also strip all meta data from the photos, such as where they were taken and when.

Low res - I wish I checked the reviews first

I wish I checked the reviews first. I also assumed the previews were lower res.

Selling 1500x1000 resolution photos in 2026 is a joke, and I'll be complaining to the race organiser that this photo provided shouldn't be used again either.

Half the photos have wet/smudged lenses/grey artefacts. In the past when I've bought photos from races from proper companies, the photos are fixed up between the preview and what you get. Not here.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Overpriced.

This is based on downloading photos after receiving the "Photos from the EVENT are now online.

Buy any digital option and share your images on Facebook or X. You can also save them to desktop or mobile – and print them whenever you wish."

Email that they said we would receive when photos are processed.

Low quality, expensive waste of money

Don't bother wasting money with this company, the photograph(s) you will receive are low quality jpegs. If you attempt to zoom, crop or adjust the photograph(s) at all then you are just going to get noise and compression artefacts. Although you get to preview the photos, I incorrectly assumed the preview was purposefully low quality and watermarked to encourage people to buy the original full resolution photograph. This is pretty standard practice. I assumed wrong, what you will receive is the same low quality image just with the watermarks removed. I contacted support asking if the original photographs were available rather than the compressed ones and was told the jpeg is the original photograph, which is clearly not true. The DSLR cameras used at the events do not take 400kb jpeg photographs.

Not worth the money

I thought I was buying pictures with times on them & saying where the event was etc. I got some downloads that I have to print myself at £10 a picture. Really unclear what I was buying & a total rip off. Pity because it was a good day.

Rip-off

If there was an option for no stars, you would have got it! I have written to you on your website, you have not bothered to reply. The prices of your photos are ridiculous, especially since they are digital downloads.
At Comrades 2023, my running partner and me crossed the line together holding hands, and you cut us in the middle.
So if we want a pic of us together we both need to buy the pic. In my book, that's called a rip-off and I will be certain never to buy one more picture from you in the future. You should be ashamed of yourselves for trying to pull money out of our pockets with cheap tricks like that!

Pathetic ordering platform

Pathetic ordering platform, without clear user instructions. Inconsistent pricing between what is advertised and at check out. Poor photo angles from clearly amateur photographers, utilised at Comrades Marathon. Pricing structure unacceptable. I ordered nothing, as I suspected they are scammers. Checked TrustPilot to confirm. Don't get caught by these robbers.

Do not purchase these!

Do not purchase these!

Emailed me to tell me there was a video of me crossing a finish line. Great I thought. I paid 8 euro for the video and was told the video was still processing ...okay why email me and take my money when the video wasn't ready for me to view then? No problem, I'll just wait for a bit.

Days later, DAYS still no video. The process of applying for a refund was also tough and was told to "just wait". Don't bother wasting your money with these scam artists. As far as I'm concerned they're thieves.

DO NOT BUY THE PICTURES

DO NOT BUY THE PICTURES. Low resolution images. Little clarity and blurry. I complained about the resolution and the fact the file sizes of the images were compressed jpeg around 400kb proved this. I asked for a refund or a complaints procedure and was told no. I was also passed to three different people. I’m more annoyed at their complaints procedure, rather than their refund policy. No effort to officially log my complaint

Poor value for skaters - don't bother !

Seven locations UNTRUE - clips from 7 camera angles at TWO LOCATIONS - the sensor mat at halfway and the finish line.
A total of 58seconds of clips.
Not so much skating as navigating the obstacle of the mat.
I recommend you don't bother. I am disappointed. Poor value !
