Package never arrived on time
Package never arrived on time. They charged £7 for a special next day delivery, it came 4 days later and was given to a stranger to sign, not the person that was authorised.
The map was bent in one corner. Very cheap product I would not recommend spending money on this “maps”.

I can see that this was shipped on 13th January with delivery expected on the 14th, however it looks as though a request was made to Royal Mail for delivery not to be attempted on that day, so your order was delivered the following working day, on the 16th.
