I got scammed by this company.
I went to get some help from BBB.
They even reported this company ignored their warning.
My Visa insurance attempted to request 3 times and Maple leaf photo ignored all 3 attempts.
Be careful people with purchasing with them!!

The website wasn’t working for me so I ended up calling to place my order. The man who helped me on the phone wasn’t the most “friendly” but he was really helpful and I have no complaints. The shipping was super fast (like 3 days for Ontario) and he even gave me a discount. I’d recommend.

I was happy with my purchase and pre purchase communication but not after purchase service. I have been trying to contact them with a problem with a battery not correct for the insta 360 2x and have largely been ignored. On one call after 45min a rep answered listened to my problem said he would get back to me and hung up, never heard from him again. I guess I will have to go to a local camera shop for advice...Ed L.
