Very poor product representation on website. Do not order. Poor quality and nothing like what is shown.

NO RESEMBLANCE

This dog bears no resemblance to what was shown in the ad. Honestly, it's laughable—this is the worst case of misleading advertising I've ever come across. The toy is cheaply made, with a ridiculous fake bark and it's stiff, silly mechanical movements. Nothing about it looks real. Comlete waste of money. I can't believe they have such phony reviews on their site; it's appalling. Shuld of asked for refund

I ordered the Beatrice dress online and it was a flawless experience. My order came quick and the dress was packaged professionally so It didn't have too many wrinkles. Unfortunately, it didn't fit so I had to request a replacement and was able to exchange it without any issue at all. Great experience! I'd definitely order again.

This dog was nothing like what they show you in the advertisement. It’s really kinda a joke this is the worst false advertising I’ve ever received. The dog is a badly made fake barky dog that robotly moves. There is not one thing that looks realistic. Don’t waste your money. I don’t know how they could have those fake reviews on their site, it horrible.

Received my polishing pads last week. Dope, no weird warping, none of that cheap pad drama I’m used to. After one quick polish, my car’s paint looked super clean and way smoother than before. Delivery to Oregon was fast. If you’re into DIY detailing, this one’s a solid pick.

Company should be brought to task for false trading standards. Ordered a jacket that advertised quality elegant suede jacket but was sent a poor quality courdroy thin not even lined jacket, after complaining they just try to phobe you off with every excuse under the sun,shameful robbery of people's hard earned cash. Steer clear at all costs,if these people are designers they need to be hung. Dik Turpin should be the company name,highway robbers.

If there were no stars I would give none. Ordered the robot dog, wasn’t expecting much, but absolutely disgusted at what arrived. A toy that I could have bought abroad 20 years ago. It won’t even stand up. It moves then falls over. A total con. I asked for a refund, sending photos & a video, willing to pay to send it back, was emailed back to say I can have a 50% discount off my next order!! Really 🤔 ? As if I would ever buy from them again-once bitten. £20 down, bigger fool me😡

Dreadful company- do not order from them. Took a month for my item to arrive when it was meant to be 48 hours Royal Mail tracked delivery. I tried to make contact with them lots of times with no response.
DO NOT waste your money as the quality of the item that came was ridiculous and a total waste of money

Total scam. I didn’t expect a real robot dog but I did expect something more realistic than what I received AND what was advertised. The only thing the same as the advertisement is the color. Terms and conditions on the website says “images are a true representation of the products offered”. FALSE. Website says delivery WILL be delivered 3-7 days…not estimated. Took 15 business days. Review rate on website says 4.8 out of 5. FALSE. This site says 2.2. DO NOT buy from this SCAM company.

Coffee stains gone 🤣. Delivery 6 days, support recommended perfect option. Couldn’t be happier.

They changed the order - or didnt apply the extra discount I was over charged $96 .somehow they didnt hold the order but its still able to show in ny cart what I should have got
7 emails and so far no response - they are ignoring me

This so called robot dog was utter garbage. It was nothing like the video clips all it does is bark and wag its tail and as for running like a real dog yeah right..... it hobbles like its nursing a sore leg. And where is the USB charging? An absolute con DO NOT TRUST!!!!!! I have written to company to tell them how shit it actually is.

The product delivered was not the same as described or in the pics and videos. Not great quality and much smaller. Deluvery took much longer than expected. I tried to contact their customer service. Not helpful. Never again!
