Manychat is the reason my IG was suspended
Manychat looked like it was going to be the solution to my problems. However, I was wrong. Instagram kept sending me notices that it was sensing automation which is against their policies. I went to manychat support and it said to refresh permissions which I did several times. Well finally my account on Instagram was suspended. I don’t run any other automations to the account. I contacted Manychat once more for assistance and they sent my refund. No explanation. No justification. Just sent me the refund and said thank you for your business. All over the help pages and FAQs, It states that manychat and Meta play well. That they are permitted. If this were true, why was my account disabled. An account that I’ve been growing for over 10 years.
Worst support service ever
You literally can't send them an email for support unless you're paying for the pro plan. And finding a free support ticket is even harder, try learning what having a free tool means from Capcut or Canva.

Moreover, a bug happened to Facebook and Manychat did'nt send any notification from their customer to wrote them it. During this time, i spent 150$ on ads each days during 6 days. I contact them to ask about the issue.
Of course, no refund, no gesture commercial.
So at the end : they don't took any responsibility (even if they didnt send any email)

I run AI Automation Agency for different industries, and usually I don’t leave reviews.
But when I saw 3,8 average here, I was shocked. Like, what you guys consider as a 5-star tool then?
Manychat is the only tool that I can fully rely on in our agency. We use about 10 different chatbot building and automation tools and Manychat is the most reliable one. And I am grateful the price is still low, because they can easily double it for everything they provide for users.
Someone wrote about bad customer experience. We use Manychat at so many cases, but besides the fact that everything is working great (without any bugs at all, really), the customer support has answered us in working 1-3 days when we had some questions about extended functionality. This is hella good timing believe me. And they really do care about your issue, not just throwing the solution out and going home.
If you are choosing between Manychat and something else with similar functionality, choose Manychat. You will not regret. And even if you do, you probably lack some skills that you need to learn (sorry but its true).

Unprofessional Service with Unreliable Platform – Disruption to an 8-Figure Business
We’ve been using ManyChat for our Instagram integration, and it's been a disaster. Their platform recently deleted our entire inbox with over 30,000 sorted opportunities – a massive loss in potential for an 8-figure company like ours. This disruption has put our business on hold, and their "support" has been worse than non-existent.
They offer no live chat or direct support, only slow email responses that are useless in urgent situations. ManyChat is also far from user-friendly; navigating its settings feels clunky and outdated.
If you’re a serious business, be prepared for unreliable service and zero support when you need it most.

I can't live without Manychat, but it's so glitchy. Automations often don't work and it's not super straight forward to use.
More time to create content
I love using Manychat because I don't have to spend hours on Instagram giving answers to my thousands of followers. I can set up automation in advance and just check in on the app only a couple times a day. This gives me more time to create new content, instead of babysitting my published content.

WORST customer support ever
Today I received an email from Many Chat asking me to “rate them” showing stars at the bottom of the email, clearly it’s because of all of the poor reviews they’ve received. Well, they’re deserved! Their customer service is THE WORST! It takes 4-5 business days to receive a response and their assistance is no help, ever. Their training material is outdated, so not helpful to the user. I had to hire an outside company (the one that originally sold me on this tool) to help me set up more complicated automations. They rely on influencers to promote them and then do nothing to assist their customers. They also don’t disclose that Meta does NOT endorse their auto reply in comments if your account has a large volume of replies - in fact it marks it as spam and stops working properly! The automations are a time saver (if they run as intended) and are valuable but it’s a terribly run company! They make their money month after month but do very little to support those paying their bills, and now send a “funny email” asking for a review (look at the dates on all of these reviews). Focus on your customer service and your reviews will improve organically! SHAMEFUL!
