Manychat is a must-have tool for me to run my business. Unfortunately Instagram only allows us one option for directing our audience off the app: the link in bio. But with Manychat, I can deliver links directly to my audience in their DMs based on the keywords they send (and request! I never send anything that my audience hasn't asked me for) rather than only having the link in bio as an option. This not only increases my account engagement and post reach, but more importantly, it helps my audience easily find the many tools, guides, and resources that I regularly make and distribute. On average, I have about 20 different Manychat flows active on my account and I don't have any issues because I've set them up correctly. Reading some of these reviews, it seems like some users have avoided the really clear tutorial videos that are available when setting up a new flow.

I’ve been using Manychat for over a year and it’s been a cornerstone in my customer relationship management and marketing funnel/system. I’ve been a solopreneur for most of my journey as an online business owner and creator. So connecting with my community before ManyChat looked like manually replying to hundreds of DM’s every month at ALL hours of the day. MISSING a lot of hot leads because of delayed response. And feeling VERY burnt out and eventually unmotivated to connect with my community because of it. Since getting Manychat, I’ve been able to streamline my communication, capture and convert more hot leads, and my business feels way more structured, professional, and efficient. I’ve gained thousands of leads and generated so much money as a result of using Manychat. The fact that it’s very affordable is what makes it especially great for solopreneurs and anyone just starting out with growing their business on a Meta platform and has a tight budget to work with for their business operations.

The best tool for marketing until now I have a good business with this tool .

I’ve been using manychat for my business for a few months now and overall really happy with it. The platform is easy to use once you get the hang of it, but definitely was not user friendly at first. It’s like having a virtual assistant for social media lol

Really awesome tool for chat marketing. Free plan was easy to setup and I started seeing immediate results on my first use. So awesome to not have to DM everyone who comments anymore on my IG posts!

It doesn’t work. They charged me, tried saying all great things and the reality is it didn’t do anything it said it did.

Waste of time, money and lost followers.

Manychat is a game changer with its comment automation feature! You can automatically send a dm to anyone who comments on your post. I used to do this manually or just invite people to check the links in bio, but now it not only saves me time by sending out links to everyone who comments, but it has also boosted my engagement metrics!!! I highly recommend it for anyone doing business on Instagram

Manychat is one of the most powerful automation tools I've worked with. It has an easy-to-use UI and you can integrate it with practically everything.
I've been using it since 2017 and it's been amazing to see the growth of this tool.

After 2 years of Manychat...

I can happily say that it's one of the most powerful yet least understood tools regarding Instagram. There are dozens of myths floating around, such as Meta does not permit it (it's an official Meta partner), as well as general negative sentiment towards something which can be so potent for helping one's business.

I have used it to grow a huge newsletter of 25K people in the last few months and continue to grow my business without any issues whatsoever.

It's not without its faults, as some technical issues pop up, but they are permanently fixed promptly and are to be expected in the social media landscape, which changes so often.

I’m relatively new to using ManyChat, about 4 months, and I’m still not using the full power of the platform, but I wanted to write this review to specifically call attention to their customer support. Currently there is an issue with Meta that is impacting my automations (not ManyChat’s fault) but their support team has been extremely responsive, like next level. They PROACTIVELY out every few days to give me updates, even if there is no update to give, they still stay in touch with me. While my issue is frustrating it is VERY helpful to know that the MC team is on my side and out there to support me.

BIG SCAM, U will put in risk you're business by trusting them, they litterally don't have the permissions from meta and they are selling a service that don't work and blocks you're profile and comments section, be aware they will make lose u're business and money.

DONT TRUST THIS SERVICE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS I'M TAKING LEGAL ACTIONS
