Scammed out of 150 euros after paying 0.9 euro for trial offer. Thank you Lloyds for getting my money back. Do not give card details to this company.

Paid for a Manual i didnt receive having said they have one. They then offer an alternative for a different machine as if that’s ok! They would appear to be scammers. Do not give bank details under any circumstances. Wish i had read reviews first.
Update, been in touch with bank fraud team and they have blocked them from using card. They are well known to bank so please be careful folks.

This is a scam company
This is a scam company. We made an enquiry but didn’t purchase from them. They charged our credit card £60 on three occasions before we noticed. Beware and don’t use them.
One definitely to avoid
I made an enquiry for a manual that this company failed to provide, and hence I did not pay. However, they have since charged my credit card with three, bi-monthly subscription fees, each of 70 Euros that I did not authorise. Avoid them,
I needed a manual for a Sony Radio
I needed a manual for a Sony Radio, and Manualsmate was able to find one for me.
Un asked for subscription scam.
I paid 81p for a manual, but then got suspicious. I checked on Trustpilot and saw the bad reviews. I then emailed the company to cancel the order. I later received an email from them saying that my subscription would be cancelled!!! I've contacted my bank and have been told that any future attempts to take money will be stopped. It seems that hidden away on the order page would have been a box to tick to stop any subscription. The guy at the bank said I probably wouldn't have found it.

Ripoff merchants - AVOID
Ripoff merchants
They hit me with an EUR 149.99 charge that I did not authorise for a manual that I could easily download for free from other webites, including the manufacturer's own site.
Obviously a scam - the manual was for a phone system that I could replace for less than half that charge.
The website manualsmate.com is now offline and not findable.
A very useful service
A very useful service. I’d searched for ages and couldn’t find what I was looking for.
I received the manual in a couple of days from putting in my request. Highly recommended 👍
You were unable to find the correct manual
You were unable to find the correct manual but sent details of one similar. Not very helpful. Then I got charged £128 for a subscription which I had not knowingly requested. Now you have found the correct manual which you have sent, for which I thank you very much. I also thank for the refund of £128.
In the meantime I contacted SIMDER who sent me a free copy of the correct manual so now I have 2.
