A simple process with good communication updates from the company. I would use again and recommend them to others.

Amazing people at manualsguru they found my yamaha xj900 manual in no time after I had spent a few day web searching.
Great experience with them at an unbelievable super price

1. I had to create an account & log in before I could purchase the item I asked for. This is irregular from my experience.
2. In doing so I had to use a password that was visually provided on an email that preempted my purchase. There was no suggestion given that I should immediately change this password for security reasons.
3. I should have been pre-warned that I was purchasing a subscription to receive marketing & not just purchasing an item. Yes this information was in the Terms & Conditions on the website but I didn’t notice the cost of a subscription & it turned out to be substantial (149 euros) to renew automatically every billing cycle unless cancelled within 7 days.
4. The billing cycle is ambiguously stated as bi-monthly which could mean every second month or twice a month. I immediately cancelled my subscription as I don’t intend to make any further purchases but it’s still unclear to me if I will be billed for the first cycle at 149 euros for an otherwise very inexpensive item.
5. After downloading a pdf of the purchased manual using the link sent to me, I received another email several days later, providing the same link as if I hadn’t already received it.

I ordered a manual for one of my model train locomotives because I had misplaced the original, and could not find a manual on line.
However manualsguru website was shown in my search results, so I thought I would try them.
After registering with them I entered the details of the requred manual, paid the nominal fee and waited. The search process atarted almost immediatle and within about a minute a message appeared saying that my manual had been located,and that the system was prcessing my order.
A few days later I got an email saying that th emanual was now available to download so I did.
An excellent service at great price..

They got back to me to say they had found a manual for my product, but it seems there are many manuals for this product, which is more due to the manufacturer than the Manual finder. I thank them for the care

I ordered a manual on website and paid 0.95€ for service, at beginning manual should have been delivered at payment, after they told in 24 hours, after thay told in 24 WORKING hours, after they cancelled my profile, I understood they are loosing time to charge full payment and blocked my credit card to avoid the 149€ charge after one week, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES !!!!!

I was undecided to ask for an instruction manual, especially since I have never done this before, but I am pleased to say that the service was great and the instruction manual arrived promptly

Used Manualsguru once to find an instruction manual and they are now continually trying to deduct £130.19 from my bank account. Luckily my bank spotted this and blocked the transaction but they continue to try and take the money.

Paid for the manual. Waited several days for the tiny set-up manual that came with the kit, rather than the full operating manual I expected to arrive. A week later, they tried to scam my credit card for an amount that, thankfully, exceeded the card's balance, so it didn't go through.

Hopeless. Dangerous. Don't go near these people.

The process for purchasing the manual was straightforward and it arrived in a timely manner.

It might help in the future to specify the language in which customer want's the manual. Not asking this question can lead to unnecessary delay.

On the support I received to sort out my problem, I'll give you five stars! It was awesome!

I found my dealings with this company totally unacceptable. I wanted to order a manual for my new satnav and was lead through a procedure which resulted in an initial charge which was fair enough. Later a payment of £130 showed up on my credit card statement plus conversion charges even though the company address is in London . Somewhere along the line I had ‘signed up’ to a subscription. When querying this (twice) I was told I had agreed to it. I do not recall doing so. What they had done in my view amounted to trickery. Furthermore, their response to my complaint was unhelpful and curt and they refused any refund. Avoid this company at all costs.

Total scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. My bank contacted me informing me that they declined an unauthorised transaction from this company for £159 and I have never even heard of them, let alone purchased anything from them. SCAM. SCAM SCAM.

If you want to be SCAMMED ManualsGuru is the company. I ordered a manual for 0.95p and a week later was charged £131 for a subscription that I did not sign for, no mention on there web site.
These people are SCAMMERS and what is disappointing is Visa and Mastercard allow them to use there service.

I wanted instructions for an item made in China. It took a while but they found it eventually. We'll done gurumanuels!

Extremely limited information. No significant details whatsoever. Very, very disappointing.
Most certainly will NOT use again.
