Overpriced average quality and poor…

Overpriced average quality and poor customer service. They charge 50 Eur for shipping but dont provide return label. That is something I should have read in the T&Cs, however as someone who frequently shops at designer online stores it didnt even cross my mind that such crazy shipping cost doesn't include return. So I sent the jacket back at an addional cost. Now the parcel is at the post office in Romania and they wouldn't go pick it up, despite me sharing the tracking details with them.

Such a disappointment!!

Such a disappointment!!!
For a huge brand they pretend to be and all these celebrities wearing their clothing, I am very very disappointed and need to say I would never buy any other product from them, I even want to sell what I already own from this brand. Customer service apart of the quality makes everything in a brand, unfortunately their customer service is 0!
Had to use threats in order for them to refund me my €600 back after ordering a jacket I consider is not the fit I was expecting. I had to multiple times send messages after messages requesting my refund and even to this day I did not get it. Shame, I used to like their products.

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Poor Quality, No Authenticity, and Unhelpful Support

I ordered a leather jacket directly from Manokhi expecting a premium experience. What I received was anything but. The jacket arrived in a plain, unbranded cardboard box with just a single piece of tissue paper-no tags, no authenticity documents, and no branded packaging. To make matters worse, the jacket had a strong and unpleasant odor. It seems as though I was given a return that may be a fake as they share a warehouse with Farfetch which is widely known to have counterfeit items and the box was sealed with Farfetch tape.
I contacted customer service immediately, only to receive a dismissive response claiming the jacket was authentic because it shipped from their warehouse. Their solution? Offering to send tags and a piece of paper after the fact-completely unprofessional for a so-called luxury brand.
There was no accountability, no proper resolution, and I was left with a product that is not giftable, not luxurious-the leather stinks and was in poor condition upon arrival.
I would not recommend Manokhi to anyone. The lack of quality control, packaging standards, and customer support is unacceptable for a brand in this price range. Now in the process of escalating the case as I spent $1500 on this. They are NOT a luxury brand by any means.

Lied about import shipping; didn’t send the correct items.

So far my experience shopping direct at manokhi.com has been less than poor.
I bought 5 articles of clothing in their sale; before purchase I sent them an email enquiring if import and customs fees are included in their shipping price - they replied saying that they were. This gave me the go-ahead to confidently purchase my €400+ cart with the assurance no additional fees would be incurred.

When the package arrived, only 3 of the 5 products were what I ordered. One item I purchased was a yellow XS crop top - they decided to send me a size medium in this without letting me know prior that they had run out of XS. The other item was not at all what I had purchased at all, it was a white top with no brand tag nor size tag; this was supposed to also be a yellow top in size S.

I let them know that two of the products aren’t correct and they said that I could pick another top from their sale to replace it with. After a lot of back and forth of some miscommunication I decided it easiest to just have the refund for the top that never arrived - I’ve given up on even trying to rectify the size M that was supposed to be a size XS, I’ve chalked that up to a loss.

They said they’d now give a refund, which hasn’t arrived yet.

Today, I have received an invoice from FedEx wanting me to pay the import on the package - despite manokhi saying in email that this price is included before I purchased my cart.

If manokhi can resolve this I am happy to reconsider my honest review. I hold all communication evidence for trustpilot to fact check my statements.
