We are so satisfied with our purchase. We bought a Huxie bed for our son and we all love it. It only took 5 days to arrive and it was quick to assemble and we love the quality of the bed.

The product itself is nice, we bought two beds, two desks and roller cabinets for our girls. Easy to set up etc. The only big downside is the logistics service (Dachser) and customer orientation of Manis-h once order is placed. We got rudimentary shipping information and then suddenly - during our vacation - we were told that the goods arrived and would be delivered to our house the next days. Obviously, not easy if you are on vacation. There was a few back and forth and ultimately I had the choice to eiteher pay EUR 100 fr depositing the parcel or deliver. ultimately we found a friend that would be there to receive, but the logistics company literally dropped the pallet in front of our house and made the young girl carrying everything into the house, although there are no steps and the driver could have easily just rolled it in. Also they left us with plenty of rubbish including pallets etc. that we now have to discard. Hence, good product but Service is lousy! The customer service referred to their standard T&C but checking them it's not at all clear but I wont bother to engage a lawyer.

We are of course sorry, that you had this experience with the logistic company. It is for both us and the shipping company great to know, if there is a period where you do not want the furniture to be delivered. It helps to optimize the process.
But of course we expect the transport company to be nice and helpful - and most of them are. We are very sorry that you, and especially your friend had this bad experience.
