I ordered a sweater and a pair of shoes for the colder months and both turned out better than I expected. The sweater feels soft and sits nicely without looking bulky which was exactly what I wanted. I also liked how easy the website was to browse because the women’s categories are clearly separated. Shipping updates came through regularly and my order arrived without any problems. I’ve already saved a couple of jackets to look at next.

I picked up a trench coat after seeing the new collection and I’m very happy with it. The shape is flattering without feeling too fitted and there is enough room underneath for a sweater. My parcel arrived well packed and the tracking was easy to follow.

I wanted a few simple pieces for autumn and ended up ordering a jacket and cardigan. Both fit well and the sizing felt consistent between the two items. The order was dispatched quickly and I could check the delivery progress without having to contact customer service. The men’s collection has plenty of styles that are easy to wear without being too dressy.
