Bait and Switch. Deceptive Advertising.

Unlike other companies that carry zero stock and are merely marketing fascades - they don't filter their inventory or provide notice something may not be available.

Instead you will actually go through the entire buying process after finding them advertising the lowest price and then they will cancel the order! If you speak with Carlos "the manager" he will say there is nothing wrong with this business practice.

Don't waste your time.
