Cheap product sold for a “premium” brand. The product smells like plastic, returns are Not possible if you want to return the product you have to pay the shipment to guess where China! You can easily find better quality in other cheap platforms. But please stop to promote this product as “good product” because it’s just a Chinese item that has been promoted as premium, with doubting good reviews.
Unfortunately cheap, Chinese made product- really not worth the money paid for it.
Really not handy for those of us with thicker hair. I tried to cancel my order before it arrived and they completely ignored me. Never again.
Long shipping, coming from China , I didn’t like the lashes , application was not as easy as shown in videos I saw on instagram! Also lashes were too small for my eyes ! I decided to return the product ! They sent me Chinese address and you have to pay for that yourself ! I said I won’t do that and I requested an address in the Netherlands! They did provide that luckily so I shipped the items back and got my money back !

Almost a scam company and for sure illegal.
Ordered a product. A very low quality looking product came. Not glamourous as the photos.
Requested a refund. They want you to send it to China!!! (at your own cost) or keep that low quality product and get 25% compensation.
Return policy? What a joke.They are never intent to fully refund you because they have this fancy "Company policy" that all returns most be returned to China (at your own cost) and their office in Breda is only serving as administration purpose ACCORDING TO THEIR COMPANY POLICY.
They NEVER mentioned anything about returning goods to China yourself. As a Dutch registered company, they need to give a dutch return address and, if return really have to go to China they should mention very clearly in their website. They don't do this. They don't reveal this information until you contact them for a return.
What they are doing is illegal but their "Company policy" is obviously powerful than the law so, if you are consindering to buy anything from this company, please please read this review once again and just think twice. Otherwise you'll have to send your product somewhere in China with your own cost paying more money on return shipping than your own cheap low quality product.
