Disgusting. They get you through a one off £1.99 charge for whatever service and auto subscribe you to a later £31.99/month. Insane. This business should be shut down for this dodgy money stealing practice.

I ordered a $1.95 US survey and ended up with a subscription of $39,95 US 🇺🇸 funds which was $56.97 🇨🇦

This company is dodgy. I paid £1.99 for quiz results, and a few days later £31.99 was taken from my paypal account!! Apparently I subscribed...for what I don't know. I haven't received any emails from this company. I'm trying to get my money back... what a rip-off.

Scam site. Do not pay for anything as they will set you up on monthly billing without consent. AVOID

Very poor company, after an initial memory test costing £1.99, 7 days later they took a payment of £23.99 as I had apparently and unknowingly signed up to a subscription. Luckily I managed to cancel this going forward with immediate effect, however they will not refund the £23.99 already paid. This was paid through PayPal so I opened a claim with them, they were unable to assist though as said I had taken out a subscription (which I hadn’t)

Scam! Don’t do the test .

Manesko had been charging me 23 pounds per month for the last 11 months ! What a fraud , without my consent and my knowledge only came to know now :(

I completed a memory questionnaire on Facebook then they asked for £1.99 for the results. Once you pay this they then charge £27.99 per month!!
I emailed them to cancel but just got an automated response. Fortunately I paid through PayPal so was able to cancel the monthly subscription but I’m not sure how easy it would be to cancel otherwise. Con artists.

Be aware once you use the service for a so called £1.99 they set up a reoccurring bill for £23.99 each month. For anyone that’s used this service please check your bank accounts because they did it to my mother and she didn’t even realise, disgusting behaviour praying on older people.

Fraudulent company, complete scam. Took money from my account without my knowledge. Refused to give refunds.

Disgusting tactics by a rogue company preying on vulnerable people who are worried about their memories. They offer a memory test for £2 and subscribe you with out your knowledge or permission to a £23.99 monthly subscription! Shame on you - you’re a poor excuse of a human being!!!! Good job Paypal email to let you know when you’ve subscribed!

Absolute scam. They run IQ style online test ads, which they charge about £2 to access, and then attempt to slip in a subscription service of £25 per month thereafter. Fortunately, having read the receipt from paypal, for the £2 purchase I was able to cancel mine before any deductions were made.

This is a scam of the highest order.

The item online looked great...in real life it was one of the most poorly constructed garments I have ever seen. Shoddy, flimsy and poorly constructed. I imagine it would disintegrate upon washing. I tried to return it....

Their website says 'easy returns' and that "At Manesko, we are committed to ensuring our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases"....but YOU PAY to return and the cost of shipping back to China..and that is VERY expensive. When asking for a refund, they offered a 15% partial refund that they usually offer, but that they were happy to increase it to a 25% partial refund without returning the item.

Horrible product, quality & service.

RUN. Do not do business with them.
