I wish I could return these shoes
I wish I could return these shoes. Total waste of money I have cuts from the laces so badly it was like wearing razor wire around my foot and ankle.
The shoes look amazing but the pain wearing them and the damage it does to your feet takes weeks to heal.
Even if you tie the laces loosely it still cuts your skin badly. Wish I could get a refund for the awful purchase. Don’t recommend this to anyone.

I had such a great experience at this store! From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming and well-organized, with a really nice selection of pieces.
What truly stood out, though, was the gentleman who helped me, he was absolutely perfect. Extremely polite, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I was looking for without being pushy. His taste and suggestions were spot on, and he made the whole experience effortless and enjoyable.

Great products, but be careful with the sizes and double check them: generally they are smaller than announced.
The CS was particularly open to solve a situation we had corcening a reimbursement, Erika was very kind and solved it asap.

This cnie is not reliable they don’t face quality problems.
My daughter and I bought two-tone swimsuits in Italy and Sardinia from Manebi shops on last august25.
They bled on the first wash, the corail color bled on the biding off white ( and I’m not speaking about damage on all orher garments ) there was no instruction washing no warning about wash separate nothing !!! And even do how to wash separate when the 2 colors are on the same garments ??
We sent a complaint with photos immediately afterwards. It’s show clearly the dying problem
Since then, they have done nothing but try to discourage us from pursuing our claim for compensation.…already 6 month and each mail is to ask more and more informations we send already 10 times.
I’m very disappointed and upset about this attitude mainly when it’s obvious that the problem is coming from the quality . Not good behavior 😡

Bad experience
I’m really disappointed with my experience. I received a defective item and followed all the steps for a return — including photos, proof, and a confirmed RMA number. Despite this, the company refused to refund the shipping costs, even though the product was clearly faulty.
It felt like they didn’t even look at the photos I sent. I expected much better customer service from a brand that positions itself as premium.
Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering again — and I wouldn’t recommend them based on how they handled this situation.
