Mando is horrible. You might as well walk around with nothing on. After using Mitchem for years I decided to try mando because it did not contain aluminum. I ordered a sample kit and after three days I went back to Mitchem and gave away the mando to my son n law.
Don't waste your money on this product as it doesn't help not even a little bit.
Ordered 2 remote units that were CLEARLY advertised as the replacement for my current one. Once received, these doesn't work. Contacted customer service and they state that the remotes units I ordered are not compatible with my current one. How is this even possible if in the website it's stated that these are the replacement for my remote unit??? Contact them back and they ask me to send back the remotes but I would have to pay for transportation. Over 20 euros to send to france for 2 remotes for which I paid 33 euros!!! Write them back again and their reply is "contact us again after 03/06/2023", which is when the guarantee expires. This company is a scam! I just lost my time and money for their false advertising. AVOID BUYING HERE!
The 2 remote units came a bit late if you compare it with other online buyings but within the scheduled frame which is more important to me. And I'm totally annoyed that obviously I paid years and years 30 or 35 Euros for the Smile remotes to my "taller de confianza" believing them, that they couldn't get it for a better price.
I know found them here for less than half of the price and they work ... Thanks a lot guys!
