Every time I make a purchase at Manchester Warehouse, I have a good experience. The staff are pleasant and helpful and forthcoming with product knowledge and advice .
It's a top shop . Why go anywhere else ?

I ordered pillows that were supposed to be medium-firm, they arrived and were so soft, unsupportive and had hardly any fill, so empty that ones head hits nothingness - just testing them out in the plastic.
Not what I ordered, not 'as described' and I tried to return them to the company as they were useless for my purposes and still in packaging, and they never returned my emails.

I would recommend purchasing pillows in store from anywhere else.
Disappointing experience and a waste of money.

The quality of linen from Manchester Warehouse is amazing! I also bought my mattress topper from them and it is seriously like sleeping on a cloud.
