bought off facebook advert spent £25 on the products to find that its a scam
Appalling! To start with I didn't realise I was buying products from China. I used the mobile website.
I put 1 pot of BP-157 joint cream in my basket, and entered my Paypal details - then it kept coming up with pages trying to sell me more joint cream and other products, lots of companies do this but I could see no buttons labeled 'No thanks' or 'add products' so I clicked 'continue' which I thought would mean I could continue with my purchase as it was. BIG MISTAKE!
After this I was not taken to a final basket before the purchase went through, so had no opportunity to check what I was buying before the payment went through, instead I got immediate notifications of Paypal payments for 9 x pots of joint cream + 10 packs of Diapason!!! Instead of spending £20 I had spent £75!
I immediately contacted customer services to say it was a mistake and could they change the order.
The reply said no it had already been processed and that I could return them when they arrived.
The confirmation email said it was FREE RETURNS in 30 days so I thought it would all be ok.
However once they arrived it was like pulling teeth, they said there were no free returns, that I could have a 30% refund which they said amounted to about £20 and keep the product.
I didn't want the products I just wanted to send them back.
They kept offering a bit more refund but not to the value of extra products when all I wanted was to send it back.
This went on for nearly 2 weeks with different people replying and asking me to provide all the proof over and over again - I kept sending a screenshot of the email where it says 'free returns' and said why don't you just honour that because it will cost you less?!
Eventually I had to settle for a refund of £44.90 just to get it done - even then they tried to refund just £30.97 and I had to quote their own emails back to them to get the full promised refund.
It was less than the extra I had spent but also way more than it would have cost them to cover the return postage.
I have no idea what the cream is like yet but my recommendation is DO NOT deal with this company and if you do be very careful at checkout.
I bought their BPC 157 joint cream (not tried yet) was advertised as UK based. Shipping/postage £2.99.
Item arrived after 2 weeks checked card statement I have been overcharged £6.65. I have emailed them (on their given email address) 3 times for a refund of the overpayment. They have not responded to any of them. I thought I was savvey when it came to scams as I checked it out before ordering but obviously not savvey enough. So disappointed with this company. Just hope the crème helps as it is for my daughter who suffers with leg pain.
I have advised the company I am going to make it public on fb that they are fraudulent as far as payment is concerned. Advise not to use them.
Scam company tried to take 6 payments for my order. Luckily my bank put a stop to the first one. So I was never charged!
Found the same product on Amazon.
The ordered product was advertised as free shipping. The total amount on PayPal included shipping costs. I've emailed them 3 times requesting a refund but not received any response from them!
Seems to be another site with a miracle cure and lots of scam reviews this site also uses Bone Health and Manchester City football club as part of their site.
