Easy ordering process

Easy ordering process. Very speedy delivery for one item and average delivery for other. Both items as described and very very happy with them.

Best value bamboo sheets bought more

Best value bamboo sheets even came back to buy more. Super deep so have never moved off the bed. Had many compliments on how soft they were. Great deal. Have used you a few times over the years and have never been disappointed

Promised a 2-3 day delivery

Promised a 2-3 day delivery, almost 2 weeks later and now I've discovered the package CAN NOT be delivered. Communication is slow, service is bad, and SENDLE courier service is terrible as well. Don't waste your time with this website!

Hi David,

Your order was placed on a Saturday in which it was dispatched the first business day after that being the Monday.

Attempted delivery was made to the address given on the Tuesday as per the tracking. Further inspection to the address provided from yourself indicates that the address was incorrect formatted in which has caused the courier company to be unable to deliver your parcel.

We weren't contracted by you until 9 days after you have ordered that you had an issue with the delivery.

We have promptly replied to your emails and have followed up on our end with the courier company.

Unfortunately if you provided the incorrect details for delivery then delays such as this can occur because they need to confirm correct details with the receiver.

We are not the courier company and if there are delays because of incorrect details provided then this is simply outside our control.
