Over 7 Months Waiting – Still No Refund

I have been waiting for more than seven months for my order, and I still have not received it. After requesting a refund, I have still not received my money back.
Throughout this entire period, they have continued to provide excuses. First, they claimed they were unable to process international transfers from India due to security-related issues. Later, they said their bank only allows international transfers of USD 100 or more, while my refund amount is lower. Every time it seems the issue is about to be resolved, a new excuse appears.
As a customer, I find it completely unacceptable to wait more than seven months for either the product or a refund. It is the company's responsibility to find an alternative payment method, not the customer's.
My experience has left me with the impression that the process is being unnecessarily prolonged in the hope that customers will eventually give up asking for their money back. For this reason, I cannot recommend this company and would advise anyone considering purchasing from them to proceed with caution.

Llevo más de 7 meses esperando mi pedido y sigo sin recibirlo. Tras solicitar el reembolso, tampoco he recuperado mi dinero.
Durante todo este tiempo no han dejado de darme excusas. Primero me dijeron que tenían problemas para realizar transferencias internacionales desde la India por motivos de seguridad. Después afirmaron que su banco solo permite realizar transferencias internacionales a partir de 100 USD, cuando el importe de mi reembolso es inferior. Cada vez que parece que van a resolver el problema, surge una nueva excusa.
Como cliente, considero totalmente inaceptable tener que esperar más de siete meses para recibir un pedido o un reembolso. La responsabilidad de encontrar un método de pago alternativo es de la empresa, no del cliente.
Mi experiencia me hace sentir que están alargando el proceso hasta que el cliente se canse y deje de reclamar. Por ello, no puedo recomendar esta empresa y aconsejo a cualquier persona que valore muy bien los riesgos antes de comprar aquí.
